Ren kills every Feature he does!! I love how selective he is about who he works with as well, so far it's been independent artists ONLY. I love that & it makes me respect him even more athough I didn't know that I could!!

From what I've heard, webby wrote the song and then sent it to Ren asking if he'd like to do a verse and feature. And webbys dad played a 12 string guitar for those bits.

I'm not a fan of Webby's stuff in general either (he's talented but a lot of it isn't for me). But I really love this one and think they worked so well together. Definitely hope they do more.
Great reaction I’m a webby fan also. They collaborate really well together. I suffer from clinical depression most my life still do so understand your mssg on it. I can find the littlest stupid thing example taking a wrong turn driving gives me reason to beat myself up like how stupid are you what did you do that for when all I got to do is turn around but I make it into a self beating it’s a terrible thing. Thanks for sharing your story to. I do want to say when I first found your channel I was like oh he looks so much like webby lol. To me you look like could be related. Not a bad thing at all. Ren will lift any collab he's on. I bet it's the most replayed part. I did listen to a few Chris Webby songs after this, but they didn't do a lot for me. He's great on here though.
I tried a few tracks from Webby, but was almost immediately put off by his rants about feminists needing to go back to the kitchen, and his weird attitude in the BTS. Just didn't fly with me. I do enjoy this one though.

Those lines you're talking about are sarcasm and poking fun at the subjects, not usually condoning that sort of stuff. Try the song "whistle" or maybe "fill a book" by webby if you want to check his soulful side and not his sarcastic side. I don't like most of his pseudo-political stuff, but he is one of my favorite artists, probably top ten. He has a lot of different types of material 🤷♀️
