It's not the weed, it's the smoking in the car. If you get pulled over, the first thing the cop is going to say is, I smell weed and then you're handcuffed on the side of the road while they search the car regardless of you saying you haven't been smoking. It's happened to me and I'm a 58 year old white woman in a minivan that lives in small town in Canada where weed is legal. (it wasn't me smoking in the car, damn kids). Stay safe.
