Third party plugins are non-native FL studio plugins. Not sponsored but plugins shown off are Softtube Model 82 Synth
and RC20
also, check out Bendy! it can help you with this as well
it doesn't have to be a long C, you can re-tune it in the settings. It might be the most convenient though.

it turns out that I didn't know ANYTHING about fl studio until I found this channel, finally someone to share basic, very useful tips, without unnecessary information, short and clear. Please go on, it's very cool.
Its all boots and cats in the end of the day
Where was this guy when we were starting out with FL Studio? I'd be on beast mode had he made videos years back lol.
This is pretty basic. I discovered this by myself. But yeah it’s fun to watch these short tips
0:27 dude you even synced the FL exporting sound, i'm done!!!
Fy faaan you're good
AND TUNED IT!
Plus most of the explanation is totally in sync with the beat - like a rap almost. Love it! ❤
#HaveANiceDay and #HaveANiceDayTwiceYeahThanks 😂❤
automating plugins that don't support right-clicking is GREAT THANK YOU
It's even useful in some FL native plugins. For example automating the height of automation keys (as in keyframes as in the little balls you automate with).
It’s sound horrible 0:43
i could watch this all day long

There’s a really nice plugin called BENDY and it makes every instrument into a legacy one, which means it becomes compatible with fl studio’s native slide. Very useful
I was worried our Swedish guy ran out of ideas but nope he is back. Good one. Very helpful.
The FL startup and export finished sounds fit perfectly in the rhythm of this bop! It's actually very cleverly put in, i'm surprised nobody has mentioned it (just) yet. I freaking love these videos. They're entertaining, calming, and i learn alot from them as well!! Xx
I wove ywou synthlet!!!
ayo
you made a typo
I've never used music software in my life, but these videos are just so vibey 🕺
Also bro turned into eminem at the end there lol
this is the perfect time to start
i dont even use fl but i love these videos lol
a lot of tips can apply to other daws ig
most entertaining and engaging fl tutorials on planet earth
That last tweaked animation tip is such a cool trick. Never seen anyone mention that feature.
at last, i've gotten a tutorial on this specific problem that has been bugging me for years. AND ITS FROM SYNTHET!! this might be heaven
You should talk about BENDY! It's a native FL Studio plugin someone made to allow piano roll note bends/panning/effects for third party plugins. I've personally used it. It takes a bit to setup, but it is pretty intuitive to use in the piano roll!
Tell us how, we need it
ruclips.net/video/XFXwsKKTkfY/видео.htmlsi=MRmMkddPW6Tsfh4y@@butorinoks7778
@@butorinoks7778 instructions are on the BENDY page. You set the channel input port of the 3rd party vst to what you have set in BENDY, and you need to make sure they both have a pitch bend value of 12 otherwise it sounds off. Once that's done, you control the 3rd party vst output from BENDY and can use the slides in the piano roll as normal. It's pretty neat, and I wish it was included with FL by default.
(tip) If audio keeps playing after the notes stop, double click your audio file and a new window should appear, then drag the waveform image at the bottom of the window to a pattern, a new channel will be created that should stop the audio when notes aren't being played. But if that still doesn't work (probably due to the sample being too long) enable envelopes on the new channel and turn down the attack and release knobs.
This is crazy dude, I had this problem literally yesterday and didn't find a solution. Thank you for your amazing tutorials!
0:29 it’s such a good rap-
I just can't help but smile while watching Synthet's videos. Easily one of the best channels on RUclips.

OMG love this tutorial style, having now ingested a few. Much respect for such a wholely creative approach to bite-size FL tuts! High density of useful tricks, packed in a short span!
I really really love the way you do your videos on beat. Its like the video is a song for itself.
turns out he is using a mac
This is some of the most enjoyable videos I've come across in years. All the way from the detailed background music to how you visually show examples whilst keeping them on beat and in tune the whole thing just becomes such an enjoyable watch no matter if I'm interested in the "tutorial" or not. Please take this to heart: The way you make both your videos and music is super DOPE and bring a lot of enjoyment for me whenever I come across a new video of yours, hope you're happy and healthy
saw this late but warmed my heart, thank you :)
@@synthet7 Much love
This is one of the things I love the most about Mixcraft is how active and effective the automation toolls are
0:01 Slide notes can also break in FL native plugins like Sampler - in that case, make sure the previous note (of the same piano roll color) has *fully ended*, including release time, before the slide note. enabling ADSR and shortening the release is one way to do this
1:30 i like the outro 🤣
Slide notes & pitch bend automation are things that I love adding very regularly :D (Slidey 808 basses especially haha ^^)
mr kool trix! ^-^
this might be the most useful one you've posted so far. all these years if i needed to bounce something i'd manually export it on its own then drag n drop it back into fl. i had no idea there was an instant shortcut for it!! plus being able to automate third party plugin knobs? this is life-changing!
coolest tutorial ever
Been using that Add Automation feature for years now, and it’s saved me so much time
You are SOO insanely good at teaching with these videos, Thank you so much man! ❤
you're too kind, thanks!!
the idea of using it for ur own VOICE is GENIUS ✨✨
This is a problem I had for so long and somehow this channel seems to know the exact specific problems I have and tell me how to solve them, and then teaches me some cool things as well (I LEARNT about slide notes from this channel and they are SO useful)
Your videos are actually so interesting ! I don't even use fl studio and now i want to buy it instantly! It's so energic and lovable the way you go with the music. Keep doing great!
I don’t use FL or any music making app but I still watch because you make these videos so nice to watch, keep it up!
I'm not sure how you did it but I am not even remotely close to being interested in making music or using FL at all but I keep clicking on your videos and I never regret it. It's too viby man.
Synthet you are single handedly carrying me through music creation right now, THANK YOUUUU!! ❤❤❤
0:32 that's literaly a Miitopia sound lol
Every time a new video appears on my feed I always check the channel to make sure I didn’t miss any other uploads.
For anyone struggling to automate Kontakt instrument effects - you have to set up a midi controller and then CC link the controller to the specific function - took me a while to figure that out.
You can also use something called "BENDY" (not the game, the vst). It installs itself in the program folder along with stock plugins, so it can detect slide notes.
Patcherize the third party plugin, and route the MIDI input (blue) to BEDNY, and from BENDY to plugin.
There's also a second method which involves setting the same MIDI port output and input number, and using the pattern on BENDY, not the plugin.
Be sure to synchronize bending range.
WHATT I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD AUTOMATE NON-STOCK PLUGINS
THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
YAYYYY
I've been using FL Studio since 2017 and this video was how I found out that you can bounce/consolidate patterns with Ctrl+Alt+C.
Dude. I'm actually awestruck. I've been using the fairly tedious "record it in Edison and send to playlist" method for _years_ and that used to take a minute or so. And all this time, it could've just taken a few seconds?!
Your a lifesaver man, ive been needing this for ages But never bothered to look it up
I have a bunch of your videos saved to a playlist full of music tips and samples. This video was especially very helpful, thank you!
synthet is litterallly my savior for the track im working on rn
I have never touched FL Studio, and I have no idea why these videos are popping on my front page, but damn I wish I had even 5% of this guys skills
Thank you so much for these fun little tutorials! Learning about FL has never been so fun
I've been wondering how to slide third party plugins for literal months! These videos are so helpful man!
YOOOOO that parameter automation for un-automation coded things is awesome, I had no idea I could do thay
man has no idea how much he saved me by showing the Automation for last know parameter
Yeah I've sub... the timing, the beat, the length, the vocals... so worth it😂❤
every day I see you posted a new video my day gets better
I don’t even make music or mess with FL stud
This guy vids are just too cool to miss
im addicted to these videos
I'm in love with this musically timed tutorial. easily subscribed
With the no right click automation, you can also use "find automation" or whatever it's called to locate it in the sidebar
1:31
Thanks.
Also, the way you said that in rhythm with the song felt like this should be lyrics of your music video.
Not only am I learning new stuff, but I'm jamming out every time I watch your videos :)
"Have a nice day, and have a nice day, twice yeah thanks" goes harder than it should
I was just running into this problem with third-party plugins. Thanks!
Love your video editing. Makes it super entertaining
This is so different to how it works in fl mobile, there you put your first note down the full length then put down the note you want to bend to. Highlight the second note, select "more" then "toggle slide". The length of the second note (which has now changed from a solid block to an outline with half of the inner coloured indicating if it's a slide up or down) determines how long the bend takes and the length of the first note is how long it's held.
this one got much info with with less fun little moments of demonstrations
I hope you never stop this content
Was literally struggling with this yesterday, truly a godsend
These videos are so short but enjoyable (and helpful) 🙏
your videos are so smooth, and i am stealing it. oh i mean taking inspiration
anyone else not have fl studio and are just watching these videos because they’re satisfying and fun to watch? 😂😂
Thx for the double. Have a nice day. Also, have a nice day . Have a nice day, and uhhh ave a nice day
1:25 Oh No! He Leaked The Lyon Squad SoundFonts! 😂💀
really love these videos, especially since i shuld be getting fl studio soon :') they're also just fun 2 watch
Been watching since your first vid. I adore this channel
holy crap this is the best tutorial about sliding notes, thank you so much :D
After this video I had a nice day twice in one day. Truly amazing
the flutter effect one reminded me SO much of vib-ribbon
LMMS MENTIONED 🎉 🕺 💃
I was looking exactly for that comment
Could you make a video about making good drums? I have no clue how to make them sound snappy. Best producing channel in YT!!
I learn something new with each tutorial you make. sheesh!
Such usefull information compressed in to 1:35. Man i wish more youtubers would do this instead of grinding for watchtime.
Thank you for wishing me a nice day twice!
I love when he just starts sounding like stitch out of nowhere
0:35 12 years of using FL and only today did I learn this was a thing 🙃
Your guides are great
You can also click 'browse parameters' on the drop down of any plugin/vst, and then tweak something to highlight it in the list:)
Right click and automate
Alternatively, you can also automate third-party plugins by tweaking the parameter and then right-clicking the 'Multilink To Controllers' button in the Toolbar to create an automation clip (If you can't see this button, then right click on the Toolbar, press Edit, and you'll be able to drag it into it).
Your videos are literally the best.
Simple, entertaining, informative, short and sweet
grateful for the easy sliding in garageband
BENDY! Please use Bendy, it's a free VST that aims to fix this. Works perfectly with Vital, and you can even use individual bends on chords, like the original FL's colored notes system but slightly more clunky.
Very simple to use, just slap one Bendy for each "note channel" you want to bend, all in the same MIDI Port, and use that as port as midi input for your third-party synth.
You can also use the plugin BENDY made by the developer of Duck Game lol.
It let's you use bend notes in FL Studio with third-party VSTs
you're a hero, i wish i had known this years ago.
Your voice is very rhythmic
I don’t even produce music, but I love your videos
youre so real for sharing this knowledge
Brooooo, acabas de salvarme la vida, hacer muy buenos tutoriales directo al punto y bastante faciles de entender, gracias por tanto, y perdon por tan poco.
I dont even use FL but your videos are so good man
I have been looking for something like this for ages just for it to begin existing 42 minutes ago
I love GMS dude, i use it like every day
you’re the reason i switched to fl
ACTUALLY SO USEFUL !!!!!!! God I could have used this years ago XD
