I saw David Allan Coe about 12-13 years ago in a little dive bar in Crossville, TN, and in between songs someone yelled, "play Long Haired Redneck" and DAC immediately shot back with, "SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! I'm not a Goddamn jukebox." I don't care what Wallen has said or done, he's an authentic dude. Love it.

They were so disrespectful and I felt so sorry for Morgan and the band I could feel they could hardly wait for it to end. His management should never have booked them for that... and the host AND the radio station rep should have asked everyone to be quiet and show respect and gratitude which clearly they did not. The good news is those crappy venues he won't be playing in ever again! I don;t know of many people heard him utter that to his band members I did and thought it was both funny and I respected that he still was friendly and upbeat regardless.
