This is awesome! Extra tip, to avoid the colour marbling you see at the end, place the bottle in the fridge after pouring. The chocolate colour will stay perfectly uniform and will set quicker.

The water shouldn't touch the bowl when melting the chocolate. it can cause it to overheat and if you use real chocolate it won't get hard when cooling.

Tempering the chocolate will give a much better result.
To do this, take the bowl of melted chocolate off the heat and stir in a large piece of chocolate into it until the chocolate is cool. If the large piece melts into it completely, add another piece. Remove the unmelted chocolate before using.
