what's impressive about her is how well she picks up the nuance of each dance. she listens to the music and connects with it. she understands the feeling and vibe behind it very gifted young artist
i don’t think people realize how tiring this dance probably was. a lot of her solos were very difficult but this one was a lot like how mackenzies were. there’s just constant movement and tiring leaps or tricks. and she keeps her performance up. that’s insane to me.

This dance is phenomenal. Amazing, so perfect. And the choreography between hers and Chloe's were vastly different (I mean, different worlds) but they were serving different purposes. Well deserved first place, favorite Maddie solo ever!

Facts! I LOVE Maddie, I get emotional and really happy when she dances, there’s something in her that makes me feel like that. Don’t get me wrong, the other dancers are amazing too and I absolutley hate the way Abby teach and the favouritism. But there is no denying that maddie has something special. Her performing ability is seriously out of this world and when her technique is this good it just looks amazing and effortless when she dances
In my opinion, the choreography isn’t what makes these girls talented. It’s their musically it’s, their ability to pick up the choreography so fast, and the little details that these kids perform incredibly in such an awe full environment. That’s what makes them talented.
For those who don't know, the routine, dress and music are from the movie Cabaret. Staring Liza Minnelli who also dressed very similar. If they ever remake it, id cast Maddie as one of the back up dancers.
