I agree, I also think it would just take off all the anxiety while I was training, like how Joe explained being in the zone on the Dan Hardy episode of this podcast, where you feel like a passenger and you're only in the moment.
Great podcast. Nobody has a bullshit script or pre-packaged material. They're just putting their personalities out there, laughing, discussing, arguing, interrupting, letting the ideas flow. Regarding the last hour, I understand where both guys are coming from. David is an artist who loves thriving in uncertain adventures like gambling, painting, or hitchhiking. Joe knows fighters, analyzes and calls numerous fights, and trains. They both are crossing swords from different but heavy experiences.

He mentioned that he did judo and I remember him saying he lost almost all of the street fights he had.
