At independence, Ghana did not have a single factory. We were consumption economy and producers of raw materials. We never had a single estate for citizens. Roads were bad. No electricity, no irrigation system, no research lab, etc. Nkrumah set to correct that. Ghanaians did not like that so he had to be removed. After removing everything was deliberately abandoned. It set Ghana backwards for 100 years. So we have no appetite to process our raw materials. We build upon what we have and not to destroy it. Now retail is being taken over by foreigners.
Ghana will be great.... USA is more than 200 years... They have guns and the have steal resources of many countries... Ghana has not steal resources of other countries... Ghana will be great....
