Bob Segar and the Silver Bullet Band. Shout out to my dad for bringing me to some great classic rock concerts as a 10 year old. In comparison, i was at Freddie Gibbs last week 🤣
Man The All-American Rejects was one of if not the very first rock band to make me fall in love with music as well it hits different seeing them rock on all these years later good for them!!
I'm an MCR broad to the end (To The End, LMAO...)but All American Rejects have a special place in my heart and it makes me happy to see that they're still together and rocking on. 8th grade sucked. I was at the depths of my depression and my house burnt down. Music helped me remember that life wasn't all bad and All American Rejects were everywhere. Move Along and It Ends Tonight were on loop on my phone and Dirty Little Secret was part of the playlist my Gym Teachers put together for us. And of course, I thought the lead singer was hot but that goes without saying. You've struck gold with this idea, Pat. Keep it up.
That’s sick I didn’t know you were from OKC. I’m from Tulsa, and how cool that you got to see Oklahoma’s most famous band. I’ve been to so many shows at the zoo amphitheater, such an awesome venue and it’s cool you experienced it.
My first ever concert was when JID came to Sydney in 2020 and it was the greatest experience I’ve ever had ! && also , love that it is All American Rejects - I USED to love them ! 😅
I get that this is like live shows, and pretty much first impressions. But Motion City Soundtrack's albums "Commit This to Memory" and "Even If It Kills Me" are genuinely some of the best albums I've ever heard.
Very cool man! I love live music and went to my first concert in 2008, Taste of Chaos with Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for My Valentine, and Atreyu. Funny enough, my most recent concert was actually Avenged Sevenfold just a few weeks ago. In between have been to maybe 100+ concerts over the years.
My first concert was Lil Bow Wows first Millennium Tour in 2000. I was 13 and I absolutely loved Bow Wow. Say what you want about Bow, he knows how to give an entertaining stage performance! I cried the entire time🤣🤣🤣
Living in Edmond, just north of OKC, it's so crazy to see you at Penn Mall lololol I gotta start making music again; gotta get poppin enough for that CC collab 🔥
My first was also All American Rejects!! But it was at frontier city in okc, which is now a six flags.. that’s crazy we pretty much had the same experience 😂
YO I got to see rejects, new found Glory, and motion city when they went to Portland. Honestly it was such an awesome concert IMO. I fucking screamed when let it go went out!
Bro that’s crazy gigantour 2006 was my first real show! I caught it at the Hyundai pavilion in socal and arch enemy and opeth opened for them. Great memories, I went to a lot more metal shows after that day
I was at a cypress hill concert at 13 where they pulled out a 7 foot bong and had to stand on a chair to hit it. I learned what weed smelled like that day! At 25, it would be hella funny to go to another cypress hill concert.
I feel big bands like this idd don't warren moshpits because they are pretty mainstream and alot of people who hear them on the radio or a knew a few songs from back in the day come to see these shows, but go to a pop punk show from bands like neck deep, the story so far etc. their will be a lot of pits and good ones aswel oh and stage diving.
Tyson asked my brother to make out at a concert in Sacramento we went to 10+ years ago. He was smashed and he was kinda just being goofy but I was still just like oooookayy buddy lol.
my first concert was Tyler, The Creator back in 2014, I drove all the way (my older friend drove me) from OKC to Dallas for this concert and that shit was wild.
my first concert was Metallica in 2019. since I’ve seen Slipknot 4 times, Bad Omens 4 times, Motionless in White 4 times, and Ice Nine Kills 4 times. been to like 35 concerts in the past couple years
What was your first concert?
Bob Segar and the Silver Bullet Band. Shout out to my dad for bringing me to some great classic rock concerts as a 10 year old. In comparison, i was at Freddie Gibbs last week 🤣

That’s true, It’s also depending on the venue and city. OKC is full of chill friendly and kinda lazy people 🤣
