Loved this explore. What a beautiful country setting. Even with the structural integrity of the house beyond repair there is a lot of salvageable materials.
Hi Noah and Dad! Despite the decay and graffiti, I love this home and it must’ve been awesome when first built. Love the pocket doors and the fact that there is a servant staircase is pretty cool at least in my opinion. I’m going to rewatch your first visit for comparison. Thank you for the walk thru! 👍😊
Definitely very rough, but many of the original details are still there, that makes it beautiful. Definitely could be saved but it’s location definitely hurts it.
My farmhouse had the similar dual staircases. The one set went up from the kitchen and has 3 tiny bedrooms. The main staircase went up from the living room with 3 large bedrooms. This side was built in 1870. The other side was added on in 1910. The second floor does not connect though. We were told that the farm hands would sleep in the bedrooms over the kitchen. Great tour, as always 🙂
Hiya Noah. I would love to live in this house. I like it. It's cool. Wonder which room was the kitchen. Great to see your dad again. Poor old house. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
I'm glad that it looks like much has already been salvaged. I hope that some use will be found for the rest, especially the bricks. I agree 100% that this house would have been a good save. I am always surprised when sturdy brick homes are allowed to fall into complete disrepair.
This house must have been beautiful in its time. The graffiti artists came and put their gross graffiti in it. Whoever lived there wanted to be far out from society but then the farm is there and these folks probably worked it. You brought your dad, it’s always nice to see him. Looking forward to see what you have in your next video.
Good to see you hanging out with your dad. Nice old place. I think I watched your earlier explore of this place. Great video. Have a wonderful holiday!
It makes me sad to see well built old buildings like this one not being fixed up and lived in again before too much structural damage happens! The owner could have rented it out to keep it alive! Houses need to be lived in to be happy and stay in good nick!🦘🥴😟🤨😉
How sad that anyone thought to vandalize it. It is so pretty with all the brick and woodwork. You just don't get the attention to detail now like you did then.
Like the setting and the architecture of the home.I see the idiot vandals have been there with their limited vocabulary, and no drawing skills at all.👍❤️🇺🇸
Hello , I just love the house it has so much potential I love the Attic which to me is the main feature and also the master bedroom with the adjoining it look like a kitchen I would make that into a bathroom and I love the windows how large they are as far as size and also the entrance door and what I love most about it that I can actually hear noise like the cars going by that doesn't bother me at all. It just has so much potential love it. 🥰👍👍👍👍👍👍
I imagine this was a beauty in it’s day. If they would just put metal roofs on these before too many leaks appear these houses could easily be saved. They may have used that finished attic at one time before they added on to the house. It wouldn’t be that unusual to put a lot of the kids up there together or even the hired help. It was kind of weird to see a kitchen cabinet on the wall upstairs although I had somewhat expected to find a bathroom upstairs based on the pipe going up from the lower floor. Not sure which room was the kitchen, unless it was the one that had the toilet right off of it or the room at the back.
None of what I saw in this video is real "knob & tube" wiring. If you made it to the basement, you would see remnants of the old k&t wiring which was "upgraded" in the late 1960s with the modern style two-conductor bonded home wiring. The insulators on the outside wall are the old split-phase 240V mains connection. We now do that with proper "weatherheads".

Wow this place is in rough shape. So sad. Graffiti absolutely sucks!! Great job guys! 🥰🥰🥰

I thank your dad for coming along 👏👏👏👏 I like your dad, he's really nice! 😄
That was a really cool house!
I bet it was beautiful when it was in its new days!!
Love these type of buildings.
Definitely very rough, but many of the original details are still there, that makes it beautiful.

Totally still restorable. Too bad it’s just left to rot! Great explore!

Older the house, the better.

I lived near this house for three years and always wanted to have a peek. Very cool! 🥰

You should find out who the owner is and possibly buy it from the owners, and do a full restore on it!
not a bad looking farm house, keep the videos coming

Merry Christmas Noah and dad 🌲🎅🤶. Great explore.👍😀 That was once a lovely old farm house🏡, a shame it was left to decay. Keep up the good work.👏👍❤🇺🇸

Nice house but is to far gone love you videos !!
Nice .. love the older homes ... Hopefully one day you can explore the Upper Canada Village and share it with your subscribers 😀
I need to move to a plase like this
I’m from there, pass it weekly to go to Omeemee. Sad waste
Another great explore, one question though, where was the Kitchen? Did you miss a room as I didn't see anything that resembled a kitchen?

Boa tarde amigos feliz Natal à todos Deus abençoe todos!!!💞💚💢🎋🎆💚💢🎋🎆💞💥💥🎋🎋👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Been here many times before the place was auctioned off to people from toronto and they never came back

Why do people have to be so disrespectful just because something as unique as that house is standing empty
Looks like it was nice before the graffiti. Looks like it was built to last
KNOB AND TUBE!
👍👍👍👍
Highway 7 outside of Peterborough?
Where was the kitchen?
