Hi Dr A. Mahrous. I like your videos and like to share them with my students as you have good animations, and we seem to agree on most measurements and features of RPD's. In this video however you list the lingual plate with distal rests in a Kennedy class I RPD. It would've been better to have them on the mesial. you actually demonstrate that to be better in the indirect retention video. Also I think that gingivally approaching clasps would be far better suited to free end saddles than occlusaly approaching ones.
Please Check the RPI system of clasping by Dr Kratochvil , it would be great if you could produce a video on that with animations.

Hi Bill, Thank you for your comment! It would be my pleasure to have my videos used in lectures. Regarding the distal rests. I am aware with the stress release concept of “no rigid clasps anterior to the fulcrum line”. While it is not directly apparent; the clasp used in the mandibular class I with a plate is a Wrought Wire or “combination claps” which is inherently flexible and not rigid. This would be derived from the “Mckracken RPD philosophy “ which might be slightly different. I will try to make a video that does not have this issue so that it may be used more universally, but till then please feel free to use any parts that suit your needs
