Kennedy, you are 100% right. There is a shortage of attractive men and I’m not exaggerating. I remember years ago I would see attractive men on a regular basis and would have frequent crushes but something shifted in the last few years where finding a cute man is like finding a diamond in the ruff. I hate the way it makes me feel that I have to lower my standards just to be in a relationship but I’d rather be single than be with a man who I don’t find attractive.

I’ve found sooo many free activities to do around the city. Dancing, exercise clubs (ATL runs, Hills Atl), festivals, game nights, live music. Don’t get me wrong, I like to eat but there’s other things we can do.
Behind on the vlogs, but a girl on TikTok recommended wrapping your braids and I’ve never looked back. I did it the last time I got braids and it was a game changer imo. I hate sleeping with the braids/bonnet on my neck.

Hey Kennedy, I usually put my braids in a huge high bun at the top of my head [no tensions on the sides , of course]. and that makes it more manageable to do everything in - sleep, shower, etc.
Your videos are always such a vibeee. I've been watching them for a while and want to thank you for showing up and taking up space as an intellectual (and genuinely hilarious) black woman. I'd like to know if you've ever felt pressure to change your content/filming style to match what's "popular"? For example how you film primarily in the same setting or environment. Do you feel like things like that (and of course your vibrant personality) helped you get to where you are within your YT content journey? I want to start making vlogs and would love your insight! xoxo

First 2 min and 45 seconds i need to listen to after a date with my eyes clothes and decide how i really feel. 😂😂 Thank you prophet Kennedy. ❤😂😂 there is hands down nothing more traumatic than being aggravated by a mediocre attractive man. Whew.
I grew up surrounded by women who told me I was asking for too much when I would say I wanted a tall and good looking man. Just those two things and I would be shut down! The conditioning to settle is extreme. I just can’t be with a man I’m not physically attracted to. Yuck. I don’t even tell people my true list of what I want in a man, but I still get push back from women when I mention physical attraction. Girl, I will not be with a man I don’t truly like. Bffr.
I love that she hangs the hair like it's tentacles...lol. I also hate extra long hair the max I go is waist length cause waist length always ends up reaching my butt anyways. Also, a silk bonnet helps to take the pressure off wihtout pulling your hair or touching your skin. Get the jumbo or or extra extra jumbo bonnet next time, they're breathable as well for night time. A scarf to me is the worst cause it doesn't stay. I'm not gonna lie the times a woman hit on me I was shocked, wondered if I was giving thirsty vibes and also flattered, cause I was like "aww thanks but I'm not a lesbian, lowkey my shoulders went up high, cause these women were stunning and financially sound.

Men have so much to work with sports, news, tech and all that but like women and I really think they were narrowed to like fashion let's see ur butt connatotion which is like a weird double standard which just is like competition when men were always like here's ur chance but like everything new thing has to somehow be in relation to how men think about women. Also Me also trying to figure out why dont I like the internet and like participate and like east Asians are weirddddddd. Like I am boring to be honest but then also I am mixed but I'm not going to exploit myself particularly my blackness for views. To me it's silly and sometimes frustrating really frustrating cause like being just around African Americans black people as like a group / neighborhood is like way more fun and delightful then like an account on the internet.
