Hi Elzani😊, I just wanted to say that I feel like a lot of youtubers who promote intuitive eating and compassion for themselves still have a great deal of underlying diet culture still. Their videos can feel like they rely completely on strict control and almost gloss over just how debilitating and serious an ED is. You inspire me to be more free with my eating while I'm in recovery, and show how there isnt one direct path to achieve a happy relationship with food. You're such an inspiration, even when recovery isn't consistently progressing, you still demonstrate amazing will power and you're real with your audience. I truly appreciate you being so vulnerable and honest. I'm glad you had a lovely easter and hope you have many more good days to come 😊💞

So I’ve been following you since the beginning. I had to unsubscribe months ago and wrote a comment explaining that due to becoming really triggered and frustrated by your continuing non recovery and lack of ability to see your behaviours and how it was affecting others. I had said I just couldn’t keep watching and know there were hundreds of other comments saying the same. I did say however I’d check back soon and hope that you had made progress. It’s now 8 months since I unsubscribed. I noticed you had made another channel and as I watched this vlog I am so wowed by how healthy and better you look. Your whole attitude and way of talking is so much more positive and less centred around your ED. You’re finally living your life and not letting every minute of the day be about you and food. I’m proud of you Elzani, keep going the way you’re going and you’ll soon be in a place in your life that you’ll never believe where you once were ☺️☺️

orang1414 no that was my Dads Dad, grandad in the videos is still here and well (he tells me when he phones and his calls I look forward to every week!). Grandad on my Dads side passed away probably when I was 15, and we decided to visit his grave on our bike ride! I am very grateful for Mums Dad and can’t WAIT to see him when this is all over omgggg he has given me such love and strength and believed in me no matter what! So much love to you and thank you for the lovely comment!! ❤️

You're only allowed to exercise 2 km in your radius so where you going back and forth 7 times to get that 14 km?! You need to clarify that before posting.

@@sofiasheldon2848 lol I know that you didn't mean it that way but what I am trying to say is that it doesn't stop it from causing harm, it doesn't stop it from being seen as offensive to someone with an eating disorder. So I think it should be taken down. Just cause you wouldn't be offended doesn't mean someone else wouldn't like I've said. Eating disorders twist things and want to make the person believe it is meant in a harmful, negative way. I'm just saying that's how it can be taken not that you are meaning it that way.

It seems Alfie had no idea what she was writing- I suppose it’s easy to forget we are all such diff ages/backgrounds than maybe the things we think are common sense are not to others and again it’s great you clarified! Elzani looks incredible and if any of us struggling can get anywhere close to beating our issues in the way she is on track to do-it’ll be incredible. Xx
