Hiiii I need to share the dream with you that I just woke up from. I was in my child hood yard which is very Midwest. But there was turkeys and lions and tigers. I had already camped out in the tent the night before and was clear of thinking there was dangers but the next day I saw a turkey get straight up malled by tigers. It was CRAZY. And I remember climbing up into my play set to hide but the danger was actually this human that was some twerp I went to school with. CRAZY HE HAD A gun. And he was the one that made me fear the experience. I called my boyfriend and he said maybe you owe lions money I was like no they weren’t coming after me. It was wild haha

Nobody connects to spirit or becom3 an embodiment of spirit/higher self. They always been. This whole concept of spirituality creates a separated idea of life and who you are. It's all conditioned. You can only get self-aware, getting aware of being spirit manifested into an individual body/being/"life form". The concept of higher self is a concept of Siegmund Freund (psychologist) which explain a human being in sections such as higher self/ego/lower self. None of these is separated from each others.
