I'm so tired worked a 12 hour high energy day as a cook for a fundraiser. I saw Adam push this on Instagram. I'm so happy I had to wait and see/ hear this tonight. I needed the help. But I am so wound up and need something more to sleep...gonna put you and Adam on your first cruise back after lockdown. It's my favorite, soothing during a stressful time. I did enjoy it!!!
