A relationship results when two or more individuals come together in thought, word, or action, expressed or unexpressed, consciously or unconsciously, to give and receive from one another.
The underlying spiritual implications of all relationships are personal growth and healing of mental and emotional imbalances.
True healing is only possible when each individual assumes full responsibility for their experiences by making conscious choices that improve the quality of the relationship. And full responsibility can only be claimed when we are willing to be honest so we can do something differently.
That is what we are going to talk about in our next Spiritual Spa.
Together, we will:
👉🏿Examine the stories that we bring into our relationships, and how habitual thoughts or behaviors cause toxic emotions that keep us stuck in broken patterns
👉🏿Discover the characteristics of a meaningful relationship, and the roles that responsibility, accountability, and integrity play
👉🏿Learn the difference between relationships and entanglement, so the process of healing, growth, evolution, and transformation can begin
👉🏿Use what we learn to get in tune and aligned with the ways we need to think + what we need to practice to have a better relationship first with our selves, and then with others
At the end of our time together, you will be equipped to examine the relationships in your life and take steps to heal the parts of them that are damaged and dying.
You are the coroner-performing autopsy, and the work is yours to do; the findings are yours to heal. All relationships can be healed once you heal your perception, understanding and experience within yourself and about the relationship.
So let's come together.
Let's do the work.Because it's that time again - time to relax, recharge, and renew the energy that you bring into your relationships with your self and others by taking your Self to the Spa.

We do get to tell/show people how to love us as well and they then choose to love us outside of how they may normally express love. It is a balance. You cannot however demand for someone to love you a certain way.
I do get to tell them how to treat me... different thing.

The reason why we stay somewhere where we could possibly be harmed or with someone that can harm us is because we feel like everyone else is going to do the same thing to us so what's the use of going to someone new if other people are going to treat us that same way?

I brought all of this mess into my relationships. I knew i was mess up but try going to church for help but the church didn't want to hear it Lay hands on you and never come see about you.😩.I believe i always became involved with the wrong man to hide the hurt that happened to me when I was young. I was by myself for 16 years and got involved with a man just because i felt sympathy for him when his mother died. I wish i would have sent my condolences and ran.

I kind of disagree with going into every relationship vulnerable because some people will take advantage of you cuz that's what happened to me at work with a girl she took advantage of the fact that I used to say that people made fun of my eyes and she will tease me about my eyes all the time because she knew it got to me so you have to be very careful about that but I do agree that you do have to let people know something about your truth but make sure its something that doesn't hurt you to where it will lower your esteem you always want to put yourself up amen.
I have learnt to be more vulnerable to myself rather that to others. Try that instead.
That just affirms that you can’t trust yourself or others. Which is BAGGAGE! You ARE what you attract! You must find out why you are insecure about your eyes and heal that part of you that’s ashamed of how you were so uniquely made by your creator. If you are hypercritical of yourself, why wouldn’t you expect others to as well? If you don’t like your eyes, why would you expect someone else to like them? Relationships just mirror to us who we are and what we need to fix within ourselves. I bet if you paid attention to what’s coming at you more, you will start to really understand relationships and how you play a role in every singe one of them. Be blessed ✨
