  • Listen and learn from Rabbi Isaac's new Dvar Torah teaching on the 8th Torah Parashah Vayishlah (וַיִּשְׁלַח‎‎) covering Genesis 32:4-36:43. Vayishlach is Hebrew for “and he sent,” messengers and this Dvar dives deeper into different aspects of us each being sent as messengers with a special purpose today through the lens of the life of Dinah daughter of Leah!
    Each year we study and understand on a deeper level and we hope this deeper teaching on the life of Dinah blesses you with deeper insights and spiritual growth!

    Love how the stories intertwine again and again. These teachings are a true blessing. ❤ I have no religious history or upbringing, discovered torah after hearing a voice in my head when I woke up in a dark moment that almost ended my life. Last thing I recall I cried and saying "Forgive me Jesus", I have no idea why it came to me. As I woke up next morning I had a thirst for learning about the bible, that was in the year of the great sign in 2017 (rev 12) when I was also blessed with a son from a woman that couldn't get pregnant due to some issues. I thank the master of the universe for life and pray that he forgives me every day for I am nothing but a sinner that needs correction. Baruch HaShem, your teachings are a true blessing in my life. ♡

    Shalom, and todah for this teaching. Once again, you have shared, and brought out the richness and beauty of hidden gems in this teaching. For YHVH gives wisdom: from His mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He stores up common sense for the upright, is a shield to those whose conduct is blameless in order to guard the courses of justice and preserve the way of those faithful to Him. Mishlei (proverbs) 2:6-8 Interesting that the name Dinah means justice (or judgment) and how her life had a profound and amazing ripple effect in YHVH's plan, as explained in your teaching 🕎

    Can human beings send angels, isn't that done by YaH only? Is it scriptural?

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers

      Yes the Hebrew word "malachim" means both “messengers” and “angels” (an angel being a divine messenger). Thus, the verse “Jacob sent malachim to Esau his brother” can be understood as a reference to human messengers as well. Hence Rashi’s clarification that it means “actual angels.”

    Hi. I saw a video of saying you are a post trib believer because it is taught in the the scriptures. Isnt the rapture parallel to the salvation of Noah prior to the flood and Lot prior to the raining of brimstone? Abraham and God had a conversation prior to destroying Sodom and Gomorrah. He said that He will not destroy the place if there are righteous people in it. It was also said that far be it that God will punish the wicked and righteous alike. Arent these clear proof that God will take us out of here prior to the coming wrath? I just cannot reconcile it with post tribulation. Enlighten me pls.

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  2 года назад +4

      About 20... deduced from all that I have studied in the ancient scrolls it seems that her mother Dinah and Yoseph were very close in age as they were born in the same year and it is said that Dinah became pregnant at the age of 12 when Shechem took her which means that most likely Asenath was 13 years younger than Yoseph. Considering that the book of Yasher says that Yoseph was 34 when he had his sons it can be assumed that his wife Asenath was 21. "And Yoseph's woman Acenath bore him two sons, Menashsheh and Ephrayim, and Yoseph was thirty four years old when he begat them." (Yasher 50:15) Hope this sheds some light on your question and studies. Many blessings! 🙏

    Simeon would have never took Dinah as wife if she was his blood sister. Then Dinah is maybe the daughter of Leah’s first born son with Rebecca’s maid servant but counted as Leah’s… and then Esau could claim her as bride and maybe that is the reason Jacob hide her away. 🤔

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  2 года назад

      Be careful about saying "never"... for the Word is full of amazing things! Dina was Zebulon's twin sister and the last of Leah's children. In ancient times they used to give the twin of one sibling to another in marriage as Adam-and-Eve did since the beginning. In fact, according to Midrash, Bereishit Rabbah 84:21, each of the twelve sons of Jacob was born together with a twin sister, whom they married to one another.
