Yes this is MJ singing on this track. Teddy Riley produced it and they decided not to put it on dangerous because it wasn't fitting the feel of where they were going with the album. Teddy had this sitting in storage in virgina and had it brought to Atlanta sometime after he moved there and gave it to the MJ estate sometime in the past couple of years.
