Loving the Wildfrost content continuing! One of my favorite parts of watching you play is how you explain your thought process for why you add or don’t add cards to your deck.
On the topic of choosing blaze tea, around the 11:10 mark, anyone who has a problem with consistency definitely needs to understand that these picks can make or break a run. All options are valid, but choosing a bad option for the sake of originality (or getting that sweet sweet gold border) isn't something I would want anyone to do if it ruins the run. Thanks for sticking to your guns, Retro!
I would like to see a single Overcrank run, and then I will be satisfied.

27:22 The one difference between the gnome and a chest is the ability to take multiple cards at the gnome... now whether that ends up being good or bad all depends on your run and the offered cards i suppose 🤷♂️

53:19 all boss bells will be offered over the course of a run if you fight the final boss, this also means that the +1 charm /companion limit bell will always show up sometime
I'd definitely come along for a completionist ride, I enjoy watching this game a bunch. But if you're not fussed about that, then I'd settle for seeing a little Overcranked shenaniganery 😂

I really want to see what weird stuff you can get up to with Spoof (one of the new allies for Shademancers who you only saw once and took a different new ally instead). Also can't lie I think it would be kind of funny to do a completely not serious Overcranked run. Who cares about steaks, I like stupidly unfairly busted enemies to laugh at their absurdity. Loving the series though!

Honestly, I'm down for whatever you're down for. I just enjoy watching you play, so if you're looking for more things to do, go nuts! If gold border maxing doesn't interest you, fug 'em. No point in doing something you don't really want to
I used pyra and a hero that applies spice to the ally in front of them to make a spicy gnome sandwich. I also got that item that doubles spice and that charm that reduces the cooldown by 1 so I was doing bookoo damage every turn.

i think the goblin works better than you give him credit for, you can technically get 2-3 cards from him unlike the chest, and Junk is by no means a useless card, it has a huge amount of soft synergy *and* hard synergy

18:37 this video is older bit im just getting into wildfrost now. Would it have been better synergistically to take lumen charm on lil berry for
+3 atk on heal and damadge charm to add an extra +2 dmg to berry blade for almost 10 dmg/heals per use to juice up lil berry

@retromation i would love to see you get challenged on overcranked. Either just a single run or maybe one run for each faction. I think getting all cards in Golden is a long grind not worth it.

I noticed
my 4th run I ever did I made so strong it's impossible to beat (14th attempts so far can't even get to second phase)
notes: Lead Mar'oon: 5atk, aimless + smackback with 3x base fury(x4 when Rockhog joins in 4th turn just in time for her countdown), Nova with 6 base atk and passive gain atk base on snow, Loki that applies 3 demonize, Tusk giving torns, Plum/Grizzle/Spike Wall and Rockhog random mobs
@@dvoidborn If you play with enough frost, everything but spikes will be easy enough to deal with .
You could also ink nova while removing her block, and ink Tusk for the teeth (and ink is also very useful against aimless and smackback), get a way to clense the demonise from loki ... And of course snowing everything ! A 1 or 2 cooldown character with apply snow would greatly slow down the leader, and any way to snow is useful against the rest, dw about nova scaling in attack if she forever snowed x)
There is always multiple solution to a problematic enemy team, you will get a run that deal with it ^^
@@briceandrieux will try a snow or ink build hopefully it can survive is a bit hard to deal with cuz the lead hits with aimless
@@dvoidborn aimless + multiple frenzy + smackback + can't take more than one snow (since it's the leader), you didn't go easy on yourself lmao
Frost seems to be the best answer to that, since it reduce the damage of every attack from a trigger.
Haze won't work on every attack though, but can be useful, like on nova, she could hit every enemy, and the leader will smackback her.
If you can't find enough frost and need to tank the full attack, blocks and clunkers can do the job, or a unit with a huge amount of hp of course ...
TDLR there is plenty of solutions ! you just need to find some of them with the cards shown to you during your run :p

I have been really enjoying watching the wildfrost videos, but I can see the views dwindling with each days release. As much as it pains me to say it, I think maybe you just do an overcrank run and then call it until a new update comes out.
