Step by Step on how to take a tire off of a wheel at home with no machine. This is a great way to remove a tire from a rim if you need to swap tires or wheels.
Well, I'll be darn. I found 6 rims with tires attached. Normally I cut them off. But my arthritis has gotten so bad. That that's changed the way I go about things. I actually found a place to remove the tire for $5 a piece. Which is cheap compared to others I've asked. And hour later. You come out with this very helpful video. I'm going to try your way next time. To save myself some money.
Good video i used to break down and change the tire or usually use a hot patch to patch the tube on my first car, a 1937 Dodge. I wouldnt want to try it now because when i did that i was 15 now im 77
Taco dont forget the lead weights stuck on the inside of the rim. And remove the valve stem with a pair of channel locks so you get clean price. Smile and be happy Taco
I was hoping you were changing a tire pressure sensor because I think I’ve got a bad one because my warning light hardly ever goes off anymore and I have no idea what they even look like.

FYI: (alloy) rim + (rubber) tire = wheel (assembly)
Just a thought,once you have let the air out could you cut the tyre off with an electric saw or angle grinder?
Well that took me back to my days in the army changing tires in the motor pool by hand.

A length of angle iron or even 2 [ Bed irons } could be cut drilled and screwed to one side of the 4x 4 .
