- Here is a quick lick I've been practicing myself lately that I made a lesson on this week for Shred Light District on Patreon, it uses hybrid picking (picking and plucking) to play some wide intervals up or down a scale (in this case fifths, and the occasional sixth).

His creativity and skill set are wasted in a band like that. Megadeth is a Mustaine solo project. It’s like when Jeff Loomis was in Arch Enemy….. I’m sure they(‘d) get paid well to do that, but what a waste it would be.

Am I the only one absolutely creaming my jeans over the fact that the new BDM record will feature Brian Eschbach, the man responsible for writing the vast majority of BDM's entire discography, Ryan Knight, the man who took BDM up one million notches in terms of their technical accumen and establishing them as a guitar players band and Brandon Ellis, one of the best guitarists alive right now all collaborating to create what is hopefully one of the dopest records ever released?
P.S. I know Brian has moved to vocals but I find iit highly unlikely that he wouldn't play a hand in the writing of the actual music. At least I hope I'm right.

Bruh thats fuckin rad. I just picked up a sweet esp ltd jh600 with the pearl hanamin dagger inlays. I broke my wrist (scaphoid) riding my one wheel a year ago all stupid like. Really fuxked me shit up mate. But anyways ive heen playing guitar for 30 years and im just now gettinbback into the swimg of it. And brother everything you do inspires me. You brian ryan alan and max. All of you. Have helped my chugging hand come back to life. Just listening to and playing your guys's stuff has been a huge tremendous challenge. Have you tried flipping between intervals? If you start with the normal c major arpeggios on the A string starting on c then play the fifth then e followed by the 4th and repeat
