The new OBO kickers seem to be rebounding the ball quite hard without much effort during the first part of the warming up. Cant wait for the full review on friday! And im sending this to my newly assigned warm-up player (he doenst know it yet) :D
Really nice video! I'll try to convice my coach to implement this into our pre-game routine :) Those kickers are looking very good. Bulky, but in a good, comfortable way. I'd love to give them a try. Can't wait to get my hands on a pair!

I am a Jr keeper so don’t really know what I am talking about but with that first warmup drill (kicking back and forth) you always kicked with your right kicker and ever with your left, also when you where warming up your hands you said to save it with your stick (on your right hand side) and glove on your left. Don’t you won’t to always save it with your glove because it has more service area.
Hi Hugh! As long as the balls go towards my right kicker I kick them with the right. But your right that it's also important to involve the left kicker as much as possible! Stopping balls on the right glove instead of the stick is an option for balls in your zone, but not all balls are in your zone ;) so also make sure you warm up your stick! :)
I'm also a goalie😃🤘 When I once went to a training event the coaches learned us to be on the balls of your feet.... I'm not saying you are keeping wrong but I think you can be a little bit faster on your feet if your feet is not flat on the ground.
You said: "I have a big head" I used a large CCM hockey helmet, and after I got my dreadlcks I needed to replace almost all the non plastic parts. I still need to open the cage (which is also customized with metal throat guard attached) to put my helmet on, and the thinner sponge inside isn't give that much protection :D

My foot is flat on the ground, but the weight is not on the entire foot. I keep my balance just in the front to be fast
