Unbalaced rotating loads will cause premature failure of motor/rotor bearings. You are correct on your observation to the cause of your blower motor failure.
@@scottrose4800 I am now on my second blade, and first motor. I will be trying the new blade in a couple of days, but it's insane how much vibration I'm getting out of these things! Good luck on yours 🤞🏻

Thanks Da big_Guy! I agree 100%
Did it work? I’m having same issue
I haven't tried it yet. I wanted to hear from Mr Heater first, but they are not responding 😑
I’m on my second new motor and blade, they are sending me one more and if it doesn’t work they are going to replace the unit. Fingers crossed lol

It sure is crazy! Thanks for sharing man best of luck to you as well! Look forward to the update
That definitely would get it out of balance good find 👍
Thanks Dave!
Be interesting to hear if it worked because I've never seen a minor pitch issue on one blade cause any kind of signifigant vibration issue.
You certainly haven’t seen one then
@@stephenfanthorpe2708 I agree. It can cause major damage!
Yeah you could just bend it down if that's what u think the problem is. Post a video though, y?
Because I am trying to find a solution to the excessive vibration and share it with others who may be having the same problem. 😐
@@PlanetMojo I thought that was odd as well 🤔
