Sir may I ask po, what if yung given na angle for force is more than 90 degrees. Should I use it directly or subtract 90 degrees from it?

I agree, it should be -557.2j +742.8k N•m in problem #1.
Look at its vector (the arrow head) po, it towards the negative "x-axis". that's why negative po siya.
