    Do you have some tutorial for MCTRL4k processor? My company is buying new one. I am struggling with their manual. Input resolution is My PC resolution (I am planning to conect PC to processor with HDMI)? Regarding output there is no output resolution, just quantity of cabinets per port? Do you have experience with that processor?

    Great video man, covers a lot - Thanks a bunch honestly!
    Just curious if there is a reason you mapped this with 5 data starts instead of doing 1 main and 1 backup every 25 panels? Is there a benefit to doing it this way?

    Hey brother thank you for this video. I have a question because I am trying to setup a 17x4 screen on a VDWall LVP615s processor using a Novastar sending/receiving card. The problem is I am not getting the whole screen fill up. The picture is showing only on 13 columns. What do I need to do to get the picture on all tiles?

    I see you're using an apple computer. The mac laptop is compatible with a Novastar processor? If so, what things are necessary(adapters, plugins, etc) necessary in order to run the mac's video through the Novastar processor? Right now, I'm can't get the video feed to show up at all.

      i am; if your macbook pro do not have an HDMI would most likely need a adapter for it...my macbook have an HDMI. if you have any more question you can dm me on instagram @avlzone

    You used 1 mac with window for mapping and 1 mac for signal? do you need 2 video processors to power such a large screen?

    • @AVLZONE
      @AVLZONE  7 месяцев назад

      Hey good morning day. Only one video processor needed for that size of wall. It depends on the show I use window or Mac.

    (Sorry if I make some mistakes writting this message, english isn't my first language) Hey, I'm mostly a Streaming operator here in Guatemala, but I'm starting to transition to led screen mapping as well.
    I have people that will rent me the led modules and cabling but I'm planning on buying my own LED Processor, so I already decided to buy the Novastar VX600, but I have a question I couldn't find in the whole internet: I'm aware that I need to set my led's custom resolution to the processor and to the novastar software, so I can finally do the mapping on my mapping software (for example: Resolume Arena) but the question is: Will my pc will ever recognize the led's custom resolution on the windows settings? (Like when you use a custom monitor with a special resolution, like an ultra-wide monitor) So it fits the canvas perfectly, or will it always detects it as a 1920x1080p monitor?
    And if so doesn't it affect the overall quality of the mapping? because what the pc is detecting is not the same resolution as the overall resolution of the led screen? or should I try to make it fit with my mapping software?

      @AVLZONE  Год назад

      hey good day... you do not have to worry about your computer resolution.... use the processor and resolume to configure :)

    • @arxn8068
      @arxn8068 10 месяцев назад

      You would want to always make sure your pc is picking up the correct resolution otherwise it may affect your picture quality

    How many panels P3 can configure in a single lan?

    • @Wystup
      @Wystup Год назад +2

      Quick napkin math:
      P3 - 128x128px
      Single port in Novastar can handle ~650k px
      Port capacity / pixel count per single panel - 650000/16384 = 39 panels P3 can be configured using single lan.
      In this video, wall consists of 50 panels so this configuration could be done using 2 ports as main (25 panels per port or 30+20) + 2 backup ports so whole screen could be handled with 4 LAN cables instead of 10.

    • @AVLZONE
      @AVLZONE  3 месяца назад +1

      Hey good day. You do not have to run each signal per strips. You can run one cable and Daisy chain them. It’s so many ways to do the same thing when it comes to mapping. Do whatever work/ easier for you. 😊
