Most of those types of music are plotted on a music creating software that uses MIDI keyboards or manually clicking to place notes on a line. If the accordian solo were made manually by clicking, there could be jumps or weird things that are done that aren't typical of actually playing the instrument. Although the solo sounds possible, the question is reasonable and isn't that far fetched.

Vibrant. Ironically, the execution of the instruments reminded me of the individual tea flavors in the game, and Layton/Luke's reactions to them. (Guitar: Spicy, Accordion: Smoky, Piano: Sweet, ect.)
