The game is fun as hell. I really liked it, too bad that no1 gives a shit about Pokemon TCG :(
Now that I think about it, I played TCG wayyyyy more than I did Pokemon Blue etc back in the day. Guess this kind of game engaged me more, not to put down grinding/catching Pokemon or anything but I'm glad it existed as an alternative for peeps like me :P No one I know seems to even know about TCG's existence :/
I'll be really honest, this is the only pokemon game I finished. I gave up halfway through red but this one kept me fully engaged all the way!

I just played this game for the first time and after the first battle I was already hooked to this. Really amazing OST.

I recently played this game on the 3DS virtual console and I was so surprised by the excellent soundtrack for such s niche spin-off game. This is execution is flawless.
Every instrument's solo, I thought "this is the best solo in the piece", and then I got to the next one.
This song somehow sounds very.... Nintendo? It reminds me of a lot of what the new Mario Odyssey stuff sounds like. Swingy, jazzy, warm, upbeat, with the major, triumphant movements as well.
It’s a great piece and you guys did it flawlessly. Thanks for bringing me back to elementary. 😊👍🏼

Remake. With all of the cards and rules. But you start off with the basics and progress into new rulesets and card sets as you advance.

I've been searching for a proper remake of this song for years already. This kind of nails it, I wasn't searching for a live rerecording, but I'm not particularly picky either. Actually, it gets awesome by the latter half!

I feel that it was a bit empty at the beginning, the guitar and/ or bass should've been louder, but some time before the solo it was all fixed and then it kept getting better and better. Hats off.

As others have said, a really understated game and soundtrack that I have good memories of as a child. Imagine the possibilities with a remake of this game now with the range of cards there is.
