From going to Runner up, To Going Bankrupt, To Being the first Guest Victor on TRG, Tom has had one hell of a economic journey.
It would've been funnier had Emile also changed characters for the same reason Tom switched; both had gone bankrupt their last board

When I heard Tom singing that song during the game, I was like, "This is going to be on 1PressL2P as the intro for the best moments video, isn't it?" I wasn't wrong. All of the high stakes blank spaces, giant payouts from stopping on shops, and working harder than ever to play the stock market made this a nail-biting game at times. As for "thanking my boobs", Tom should thank all the warrior nymphs from Rayman Legends first and foremost; they shot him to stardom as a Player 4 on TRG.
P.S. Tom has the distinctions of being the only player to go bankrupt on a board and the first guest to WIN BIG on a board. Opposite ends of the spectrum... wow.
We can never have enough Tom Fawkes meme singing.

So I acknowledged this on the last vid of this board, but they’ve covered 15/18 stages in the game in the span of the past 8 years. Highly probable that they will finish the game by the end of 2021, basically guaranteed it’ll happen before the end of 2022. Gonna be kind of wild actually seeing this come to a close.
Well, with the border lockdown still in place, I don't think they're gonna be able to do any boards in 2020 since Jon's in Canada. And Fortune Street can't be done online, you have to have it be done in person. So it probably won't be until late 2021 that they'll be able to do another board at this rate.
Funny thing is back in 2012, they werent planning on doing every board. And look at them now
JCBro2014 See that raises the question of how much they can do until they are able to meet up again, and what they will prioritize once they do meet up. Presumably, Mario Party 9 might take a high priority, but this certainly isn’t out of the question.
@@trueblueryu5713 Supposedly they talked about doing DS, though it was never confirmed. I don't know what their plans were before the coronavirus, or what changes they'll have to make once they can record as a group again.
@@JCBro-yg8vd I thought at the end of MP8 they said they were doing MPDS next. Although Jon has confirmed on stream that after this section of Wheel of Fortune videos, there is 1 more series to watch that they did pre-pandemic. What it is I don't know but we'll find in Id say a week or two.

Can anyone tell TRG to just get the emulators for Dokapon? A lot less hassle.

@@Grane1234 I understand why, it is better, but, in a day and age where the only way to get them is by spending over $200 that the company that originally made them doesn't receive, emulation is really the only sensible choice.
Like, I will die on this hill, I agree with what you say, I wouldn't emulate Dokapon Kingdom if I could help it. But since I would need to spend over $150 because it's on EBay, which doesn't go to the people who even made it, it's not worth it. $150 for a game on a console I hardly play is disgusting. Like, only a few years ago, you had to spend about a few hundred dollars for an N64 at minimum, and that's just the console. If you want to play the OG Goldeneye 64 with four players, you would need to buy the console, buy the game, and buy four controllers. And none of that money would be going to the people who made those things, since it would all go to the people you bought it off from EBay and Amazon and that.
THAT is when Emulation is okay. And considering that these guys were lucky enough to even get a copy of the game back to do that first battle Royale thing they did before they did the story mode, what does that say for Dokapon Journey?
I think my argument for emulators is why Nintendo hasn't gotten rid of them, cause there's nothing stopping them from tearing those down, since it is technically illegal to do emulators. Cause technically it is video game piracy. The reason it isn't is cause most emulators are for consoles you can no longer buy from even 2nd party stores like EB Games and JB HiFi and GameStop. That's why it's okay to emulate, and it would explain why we don't have Xbox emulators last I checked, since you can play Xbox original and 360 games on the Xbox One. I'm pretty sure by the time we get the PS6, PS4 games will be legal to emulate, since Sony doesn't give a damn about allowing for backwards compatibility, despite being the guys who made the PS2, which could easily run PS1 games no problem. Even the PS5 can't run PS4 games, yet the Xbox Series consoles, both the S and X, can run all previous consoles of Xbox games no problem! (Side note, that's why the PS5 is worse than the Xbox Series S/X, like, I will admit, Ratchet And Clank Rift Apart is a STRONG launching title, it is easily top 3 best Ratchet game, but there's a reason Xbox has stayed relevant even going into the Series consoles and having only one famous franchise that is exclusive to Xbox)

@@thefiresworddragon927 honestly I don’t really care who wins and who doesn’t. I just watch for the gameplay and the laughs. In the end it’s just a game, and they’re all still friends.
@@CynderBlaze Trust me, when one person wins 90% of the shit they play in a row without any effort being made to stop him, and about 10% of that they try and fail, it kinda gets boring watching the same crap over and over. It's like Bakugan Gundalian Invaders, every episode is the same as the last. And that hurts. Especially when the others only have one win, or in the case of Mario Party, get no wins for 3 games in a row. It irritates me on a level that doesn't even help the already pissy activity I end up having some days. For your information, this isn't one of those days.
