Island Attack is loosely based on the 2001 film Jurassic Park III.

I first played this game when i was 7, i am now 28 and still remember the damn sound track ! This game was scary and hard as hell! I managed to progress but eventually it broke me and i gave up on it 😂
This game always reminded me of a resident evil game on gba. But now looking back, it was a lot more hardcore than any RE lol.
I remember playing this; it was hard as hell, but what else is there to expect from old Gameboy games? XD
This game was stress incarnate, but it's what gave me my calluses as a gamer.
The key to beating old games like this is the same as beating any game: finding the patterns or pathways available, and then learning how to overcome or exploit them.

This game might not be that good but it has a special place in my heart as it was the only game on my gba for a loooong time and i seriously hurt my knuckles punching walls out of frustration on this game

My Gameboy and "RaptorPac" hip pack with all my games was stolen before I got a chance to beat this game. I never even got past the bike chase lol. Thanks for uploading this!
Aaaand i just realized I never got past the bike chase bc I didn't know you could kill the raptors. Now I know, just like 15 years too late
I went through a few game boy SP’s with this game. That motorcycle chase level and jumping across the little cliff platforms in stage 5 had me stuck for YEARS.

Once upon a time... when friends wereally real friends but turned out to be evil... and yet on their computer this game was installed...
We loved to drive acroas plane level with motorcycle and enjoyed to be chased by imaginative creaturea in the luscious scenery of Hawai island here named for sake of movie as simmilar as Isla Sorna...
It was having problem in the Museum capturing dinosaur raptor in order to continue because it is strict programing stuff and also adherenty on the shore of island or that harbour we need to get for being possible to create escape from it...
While everything else exceptional and stor wise perfect, it gave us rare opportunity to see movie plot from different angle that is quite amazing...
Also unconditional love that is poured while making this and incredible out of ordinary yet oriinal freedom ending just as movie was beginning with freedom parasail flight that is ruined for sake.f.horror asspect and begining of the strory here it is made much more admirabe than an invasion of army on beautiful shore of island to extract you from there, here it is evaded with beautiful blond babe that ask's how are you and thst she prepared this beautiful sea cruiser for your sailing and final destination departure while arrival of navy placed a imposed conclusion that this is terrible place of experimenting while in game made you wishing stay longer if not forever, for joyous nature and happy flora and fauna.
Without blood and terrible carnage effects it is violent heaven on earth, because nature with life will find its own way with or without involvement of humans...
2001 is great year heavens toyched our realm, everything young,beautiful, alive not even close to comparison of grim nowadays.
I miss each second and every emotion of it.
We trully does not know what we have until we lose it...
Days were glorious, games were just games old school isometric, people were their own...
It was perfect music, movies, mammals, lizards, and fictional dinosaurs to spice things a lot better to be not as good as it appears by then but the best ever...
If they did not sold out this franchise and sold it out to promote globalism, change actors, withdraw origibal director, this would still hold test of tooth of time which erodes whom me you and all of us very sad an sadness beyond worst could express and thoughts could comprehend...
Please God return me in that year it us were I belong everyone and everything made sense, in games was pored first and foremost souls actually and literally while interest were put sideways, friends ere friends, love were love, cholden were children and humans wereally humane not artifical like nowadays...
Please keep in mind and preserve it in you heart, when we were young, beautiful and free from firmly everything and everyone yet still our own selves and sincere...
Alan Grant may never and ever place foot on that island and play that role again because he is just actor but for me it was entrance into beloved dinosaurs that were like us in many aspects but held to their true self and when even time could not change them and their ways have had to go, give them proper respect...
While look at us we are not even close what we use to be twenty three years ago but a lot worse than we ever and never been only promising to get to the worst point of us.
Please God return me back when life has sense and into lovely childhood... this place is something else and can not take it much more...

Does anyone remember a funny ass guy did a playthrough of this game waaaaaaaay back in the days that has since been deleted? Would give everything to be able to watch through his Lets Play of this game again.
Was it maybe TheGamingBeaver? His playthrough of this game is still up, though. I don't really remember anyone else doing a commentary on this game, to be honest.
@@patronsaintofprocrastination Nah it definitely wasn't him. I kind of remember the voice of the guy who did the Lets Play but this was even before TheGamingBeaver's playthrough. I remember him distinctly being very funny and raging a lot playing the game. Legit one of if not the first playthrough of a game I had watched on RUclips. Looked through every channel that's Lets Played this game and tried using he Wayback Machine to find it archived but no luck. My old channel that probably had the videos liked on a playlist was terminated like 10 years ago too so can't use that either.

No. Spino appears in the final level as the final boss. You have to run away from him and get to the coast guard's boat before Spino gets you and kills you.
