【古民家DIY】DIYパン工房を作る＃8 ゆっくりセルフリノベーション【地方移住】【パン屋開業準備】【SOMA LIFE & EAT】保健所の検査が来るまでの1週間

こんにちは、東京から移住して10年以上です。大正生まれの古民家に、暮らしながらセルフリノベーションをしている「SOMA life & eat」です。現在、パン工房の開業準備をしています。このチャンネルではDIYでパン工房を作る過程を中心に、田舎暮らしの動画をアップしています。今回一部ナレーションになっています。お聞き苦しと思いますがお付き合いください。
これまで古民家のリノベーションや家庭菜園などをやってきました。いろいろなご縁もあり、自分たちでスモールビジネスを始めようと至りました。自分たちのベースは興味あることをやっていくことなので、楽しみながらスタートしようと思っています。
今回は水栓金具の取り付け、古い手洗いを再利用しました。モルタル塗装した作業台を作ったり、保健所の検査を予約したので、検査までの1週間でやったことです。
菓子製造業の営業許可を取る点で必要な、レバーハンドルの水栓金具を取り付けました。各都道府県によって少し必要な設備が異なるかもしれません。今回使用したものは、SANEI厨房用水栓レバーハンドルA1310-13とA2310-13です。
次に手洗い用の洗面台を作りました。洗面器は解体した風呂小屋にあった洗面台の洗面器を再利用しました。製品はTOTOだったので排水パイプを新しくし取り付けました。使用した排水用品はSANEI洗面排水栓付Sトラップです。長さが足りなかったので、塩ビパイプを延長し、パッキンをとりつけました。パッキンはカクダイ排水アダプター490-421-50です。
コンロとガスオーブンを置く作業台を作りました。いずれはステンレス製の作業台に変える予定にしています。とりあえず置く場所を確保したいので、端材で作業台を作り、壁に塗ったモルタルがかなりあるので、モルタル塗装の天板にしてみました。モルタルはハイモルマックス＃10です。トップコートは後日塗る予定にしています。今はクラックは入ったりしていません。
その他、古民家にあったものや建具類など再利用して準備しました。

Hello, I've been living in an old house built in the Taisho era for over 10 years. This is "SOMA life & eat", where we are renovating it ourselves while living in it. We are currently preparing to open a bakery. On this channel, we upload videos about rural life, focusing on the process of making a bakery by DIY. This time, there is some narration. I'm sorry if it's difficult to hear, but please bear with me.
So far, we have renovated old houses and grown vegetables at home. Through various connections, we have decided to start our own small business. Our base is doing things that interest us, so we are going to have fun while starting.
This time, we installed faucets and reused an old hand wash. We made a workbench with mortar paint and scheduled an inspection by the health center, so we did this in the week leading up to the inspection.
We installed lever-handle faucets, which are necessary for obtaining a business license for the confectionery manufacturing industry. The equipment required may differ slightly depending on the prefecture. The items used this time are SANEI kitchen faucet lever handle A1310-13 and A2310-13.
Next, I made a washbasin for hand washing. I reused the washbasin from the washbasin in the dismantled bathhouse. Since it was made by TOTO, I replaced the drain pipe and installed it. The drainage equipment used was a SANEI S-trap with washbasin drain plug. Since it was not long enough, I extended the PVC pipe and attached a gasket. The gasket is a Kaku-Dai drain adapter 490-421-50.
I made a workbench to put the stove and gas oven. I plan to change it to a stainless steel workbench eventually. For now, I just want to secure a place to put them, so I made a workbench from scrap wood, and since there is quite a bit of mortar applied to the wall, I tried to make a mortar-painted top. The mortar is Hi-Molmax #10. I plan to apply a top coat at a later date. There are no cracks at the moment.
I also prepared it by reusing things and fixtures that were in the old house.
Until now, I have been sharing my DIY and home gardening on my RUclips channel "Slowlife Log". Originally, my interests were centered on outdoor activities such as fishing and kayaking, but as my interests expanded, the content of my videos became more diverse, and I finally organized my channel when I had the opportunity to make a bread workshop. I plan to turn the former kitchen, which is part of my house, into a kitchen and build a wood-fired oven in the former bathroom extension. After repeatedly destroying and building, I have finally started making a bread workshop, which is one of the things I want to do. I hope this will be of some help to you! !
