Lovely to see you're manifesting your dream of more time with your children and them growing up on the farm. Looking forward to this new phase of "homesteading" and learning from your experiences in this arena.

Hi Richard, it all looks beautiful, I can already imagine how the end result will be. It's great that you've made it this far before fall starts. Nice to see you with your kids too, so nice to spend time together. And indeed enough food in the freezer, but as long as there is electricity, I hope you have a backup for that too.

Your attention to details, your "first principal thinking", your ability to see what others overlook paired with your obvious intelligence are off the scale. It is always an attraction/pressure to deal with what you perceive as your responsibilities or your established comfort zone instead of your, extremely valuable, risk taking character. Risk taking is high risk, high reward. This is not just in your Character, it is who you are. Deny this and you deny a part of yourself and you will live a life without fulfilling your maximum potential. Here's hoping you find something that excites you and is out of your comfort zone, to the ultimate benefit of all that are exposed to your amazing person. Even if they are reluctant in the beginning. As those around risk takers often are. I can give you examples if you like. Give yourself a happy, fulfilled life and enjoy it. As will everyone around you when you become the person you are meant to be.

Your daughter is turning into a lovely young lady. Your tomatoes, ugh, I envy you. They are awesome! Also, @ 18:43, it would be nice to capture that spot in the video into a picture frame. It is a beautiful scene with Ragnar fishing. One last thing for you my dear Richard; please stop moving the camera so quickly, it makes me sick and I want to enjoy seen you, your children and the farm. Thanks. ✌😁🤭

What sort of gravel have you put into the pond? Also, you could run 16mm PE tube to as close to the airstones as you can, and only then use the 4mm tube, so that you can create equal pressure at all without needing those long lengths of 4mm like you did now.

It's always amazing what you accomplish. That's a massive paint job. The pool looks stunning. Think it will be nicer living in the microhaus rather than the original homestead because the long pool views are spectacular. As a side note, I think your editting needs to rise to the level of your visual photography, such as, if you show us frozen tomatoes, slip in the green house tomatoes at this point. Generally group images by themes rather than a time line. Your last two videos have been a bit choppy. I also think you need to have a story line and not assume that an image says 1000 words. For example, it's important to explicitly say that farmers/homesteaders need to find time to do enjoyable things with their children. There is never an end to the jobs, but don't miss out on the profound when drowning in the mundane ever important day to day obligations. I'm always amazed how quickly Ragnar and Gracie are growing up. You are an immense inspiration Richard.
