I love colour mascaras, I have plenty of them and I use to wear them at the bottom lashes, as they don't give you a lot of volume. And it's a funny touch in my make up
What a fun look! I remember wearing blue mascara back in the 80s. Full on blue lashes didn't look good on me, so I used my regular black mascara and used blue just on the tips.

Absolutely! I should imagine the lashes will appear much darker, the blue would be a lot more subtle but yes!
