I've watched two of your videos and I'm convinced that there needs to be a machine that blows sprinkles onto the sides of cakes. (If one doesn't exist already). Great job on the cakes.

And...How to correctly smooth the top frosting without leaving lines. I learned a lot from her & hope passing this info doesn't offend you. Your cakes are beautiful. 😊

Lovely cakes. What is the filling in the middle that you are having to remove. It looks hard, so guessing it’s not buttercream x
I think it is buttercream, frozen. She probably freezes the 2 layers filled so save time.
