It involves a toothbrush and revolves around your teammates helping you clean with one ! A tooth brush cleaning party , if you will ? That followed by a five mile , full pack , motivation hike in the rain / snow , at 02:00 am on a January morning ( they never let me do that one ) , Good job Coach !

    Bruh Sanders is right IMO.
    Everything has a place.
    That's what my parents taught me.
    Make your bed up. Clean your room up. Put things back where you found them. Throw things in the trash if it belongs there.
    Wash the tub and face bowl after you finish using them.
    Hang your clothes up in the closest or put them in the dirty clothes hamper. Your feet belong on the floor. NOT on the tsble And on and on.
    If those things weren't done.
    🗣THEN THERE WAS HELL TO PAY.
    🤕🥴😵‍💫
    CUZ AIN'T NOBODY GUNNA KEEP TALK N TO YOU.😬😤😠🤨
    LLS cuz I was a QUICK LEARNER !
    😀😃😄😆😆🤣🤣😂
    Give em dat tough love Coach Prime.

    Cuz running them Stadium Steps and extra miles around the track during or after practice definitely got my attention.

    Serious question here. Why doesn’t the janitor clean up the locker room. What’s the point of hiring a cleaning staff to do it iyou expect the players to do it. They already have a lot to worry about and having to get dressed, organized, and get going back and forth to class.

    • @mcm2366
      @mcm2366 8 месяцев назад +14

      It's about respect for the organization and it starts with personal accountability. Yes, they have a cleaning staff but they are fully capable themselves. Stop acting like they're so busy they can't pick up their own mess. I played college football and picked up after myself. Time and schedule are not the issue. Do you go to school and work leaving crap on the floor for the janitor to pick up??? No, you clean up after yourself.

    • @AJXOXO-vz1pn
      @AJXOXO-vz1pn 8 месяцев назад +2

      @@mcm2366 ok. Well, I’m just saying. Yeah, I know that responsible people clean up after themselves, but it’s like. If there’s a janitor or a maid, I just don’t see like what’s the point. Aren’t there other ways on the field to learn teamwork are stuff.

    • @mcm2366
      @mcm2366 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@AJXOXO-vz1pn He's been very clear from day one what they do off the field matters more than what they do on the field. How many kids will have an nfl or even a college career??? Deion knows how little things done correctly build the right culture because he saw it at every level.
      If he doesn't keep cocky young entitled aggressive college bros in check there will be much larger issues with bigger consequences real quick. The facility is your home and the staff is your family = keep it clean & be respectful to everyone. How many young men would give anything to be on that team and would keep that locker room spotless without being asked.
      You can have beautiful multi million dollar facilities with a garbage culture and garbage players because they don't respect it. That is the point he's making.
      He was embarassed along with the cleaning staff because his players were lazy leaving a mess for people to see who are deciding whether or not to write multi million dollar checks for nicer facilities. If you have an investor walking your facility wouldn't you take issue with some entitled kids leaving a mess? Kids that Deion is directly responsible for their actions as a reflection of his integrity.
      Deion is the coach and managing a multi million dollar business simultaneously. Lazy disrespectful young men off the field are even worse on the field especially when they are not in the spotlight.
      The most basic teamwork is keeping your locker room clean by picking up after yourself.
