In this day of age where qbs leave if they aren't starting day 1 so many coaches created a culture of how it's never the quarterbacks fault and put the blame on the oline, wrs, and rbs. Shilo was five minutes early for a meeting before either the bowl game or the SWAC Championship game, but Coach Prime was ten minutes early and had started the game, he told Shilo to get out and he didn’t play the game. Pretty sure Shedeur will be 20 minutes early for every meeting. Grown is very serious about this.
I love the fact that Coach Prime displays a time and place for everything. He knows when to cut up and fool around but he also knows when to pull on the reins to make sure they stay focused and not become complacent. That is truly the sign of a good leader; especially when there are goals involved. The world is watching and they know that Colorado is coming and if they are not focused, those goals will not be obtained. This is military mentality. I can truly respect the, “don’t bring your problems to work!” I had a supervisor in the military who made our work lives a living hell when she was mad at her husband. We would go to her husband’s office and beg him to apologize for whatever he had done. We even ordered flowers from the base florist for her and had the note say they were from her husband. I think about the impact this content can have on a kid in high school or younger. Whether he/she ever plays ball or not, there is a playbook for success in life being delivered to their phones from a one of a kind human. Impact is immeasureable. And if it happens to be heard by gifted young athletes who wanna get to CU one day...well they will be primed for Coach Prime already. This is the most earnest positive content going and that is the reason I keep comin back daily. The fact that I grew up watching PrimeTime in my youth and loved living in Boulder thru my 20's just drives it all home even more. Blessings on Coach Prime and all those listening to the message.
Coach Prime knows how to develop MEN “regardless” of who gets offended. He’s taking these young men THROUGH the highly unpopular BREAKDOWN phase. They’re going through a Soldier’s regimen ie every player wears the same thing, etc. Their personalities will be subdued for a while as they go through pain together!!! As they develop a genuine love for each other they will support each other and that is when (win or lose games initially), they are gonna be a team that will battle you for 4 quarters. The last phase will manifest itself when they start winning consistently and THIS is when we’ll see all of these young men’s full personalities. They’ll be having fun just being around each other, playing NOT FOR SELF, but truly for each other and that is where the magic happens! Coach Prime taking a few hits from those in the media who prefer not to give him the same latitude they conveniently allow other coaches in building a program from a loser to a winner, but don’t let the flash and jokes fool ya…underneath he and his staff definitely know the destination they’re inspiring, encouraging and yes sometimes aggravating these young men towards!

He said he feels more like a team with the guys there in Colorado than he ever has at the schools he attended before. He said the adversity that they go through as a team daily really brings them closer together. Which makes them push one another and ultimately helps to bring out their best.

The great thing about the shine at CU is these young warriors can look back at this footage, share it with their families at that time, and say see, the wisdom that I'm giving you, someone provided to me once upon a time. I happen to transfer to a D1 school from. Ju Co here in Texas (Navarro) ..the team was trash until my recruiting class came in. We have freshman come in to and change the program around. The old players were treated like shyt man 😂

I just love listening to Coach Sander’s coach his players and handle the media. This is truly how you develop a TEAM. This is how Deion was sculpted as a young man himself at a very early age as was I being on the same Football team. These systems he is implying goes as far back as Pop Warner football. We truly had great Leaders / Coaches that taught us at that age level to be outstanding players/team mates on and off the field. We had to prove ourselves to be great players, good character, keep our school grades up and do everything our coaches demanded to be on our team. All these items he went over will build everyone of those players to be the best they can be. I believe in everything he just went over because I saw it first hand myself.

Love the real talk. He knows most won’t make it to the pros and he knows how to prepare them for the real world. That’s coaching right there not showing favoritism or sugar coating them to get better.
Overall message is he wants everyone to win in life. From the players to the coaches. He’s helping build strong men in every single person in that room.

Bruh, I’ve been watching every video of training since Coach Prime and his team had arrived to CU. A lot of these kids still haven’t caught on to the fact that things are DRASTICALLY different now. Dorothy is 8 miles up the “yellow-brick road” and Toto is still standing outside of the house with the question ringing in his ears, ‘What does she mean, “We’re not in Kansas”, anymore.”?!? 😂
I happen to transfer to a D1 school from. Ju Co here in Texas (Navarro) ..the team was trash until my recruiting class came in. We have freshman come in to and change the program around. The old players were treated like shyt man 😂
Imagine being one of the good players recruited to fix it thinking you'll get a good education at CU just to have your scholarships dishonored when Prime comes in because he didn't feel like evaluating you

I just love listening to Coach Sander’s coach his players and handle the media. He made it fun to watch him play I think it is actually more enjoyable,at my age, just showing he knows the secret.I just dig watching him do it. Best to the Buffalos.

This is truly how you develop a TEAM.
This is how Deion was sculpted as a young man himself at a very early age as was I being on the same Football team. These systems he is implying goes as far back as Pop Warner football. We truly had great Leaders / Coaches that taught us at that age level to be outstanding players/team mates on and off the field. We had to prove ourselves to be great players, good character, keep our school grades up and do everything our coaches demanded to be on our team. All these items he went over will build everyone of those players to be the best they can be. I believe in everything he just went over because I saw it first hand myself.
I noticed Coach Prime was firm with everything without cussing. He's going to make these young men into something. Be it in the NFL or outside the NFL.
