- Woodwork, a recorder ensemble of Guildhall School of Music & Drama students and graduates performs a set of galliards by Anthony Holborne and William Brade, directed by recorder professor Ian Wilson.
All the recorders are in perfect sync with each other what a pleasure to
hear
I love the contrabass recorder
Very fine performance. The tricky rhythms--so many of them--are easy to hear and perfectly negotiated.

What are the pieces?
1st Holborne Galliard (untitled, 1 of many); last Anthony Holborne 'Muy Linda' ('Jig'/Galliard); all others are William Brade (I think).

1 & 4 are from Holborne's "Pavans, galliards, almains, and other short æires both grave, and light", No. 40 and No. 64 (As it fell on a holie eve),
2 & 3 are from Brade's "Newe ausserlesene Paduanen und Galliarden" (1614), No. 27 and No. 1
You can find the transcriptions at IMSLP (imslp.org/)
And, by the way, well done!
