Xianyun’s burst gives that jump boost, heals and coordinated attacks when plunging, she doesnt infuse anemo

@@potatothings7223 do agree, a forced infusion akin to c6 benny, chongyun or candace for anemo would be amazing, tho i would think like the aforementioned characters they will probs never be "meta", nevertheless would one be fun

Yeah she doesnt infuse anemo but when a character plunges you deal the damage done by them + an instance of anemo dmg

Why is this a good thing exactly? So you can kill some poor non hostile deers to ascend your character? Does it feel good being a killer for no reason except using the dead body of a non hostile animal to cook your crit rate food?

@@jing6092 But the feeling or encouraging players to the idea of hurting non-hostile animals is there and that's not a good thing now is it, unless you're a psychopath who thinks this is ok because it's just a video game and they respawn ignoring the lessons that are being indoctrinated to us. Sure we may not kill a cute deer but we wouldn't care if they die because they respawn/there are other deers that are alive or their babies are alive.

If I’m not mistaken, Diluc has the highest plunge attack multiplier in the entire game, which is probably why they chose to use him in the showcase. As a Diluc main, I’m tempted to pull for her just for that reason… Diluc dragonstrike is considered quite good, but with my ping it’s really hard to pull off, so I’d love to try her with him

@@loganithink3349 long ass setup time, no cc, only buffs with ult for a limited number of jumps with a miniscule atk buff that only affects a single enemy once. Even Xiao teams wouldn't wanna waste wishes and a party slot on that

Definitely happy for Shenhe and Ganyu outfits since I recently finished my Ganyu and planning on getting Yaoyao C1 cause I’m pulling for Xianyun.
The anemo plunge damage is a coordinated attack. So youre hitting with 2 different attacks. What's awesome about that is if you are infused with a different element by your attacker, you should swirl each time.

@@kawansiesquad6659 I guess, I'm more pointing to VV cloud retainer plus Deluc plus furina or any hydro that puts a Q field down. Unlike using Kazu or Jean to create a repeating elemental swirl field, you're using an elemental field (or pets, or coordinating attack field) plus an Infused driver, plus Retainer to create deliberate repeating alpha strikes that swirl... depending on ICD of application obviously.

The new characters look cool, i love gaming's design
For anyone thinking of getting the phone, I had my OnePlus 7 for 4 years and it worked great with genshin and it has enough capacity and now I have the OnePlus 11 which charges very fast and I can play genshin on there very comfortably, it loads quickly and never heates to more than 30 degrees celcius. The phone has an inbuilt "Gaming Mode" and checks the temperature, the fps and you can send messages while playing without closing the game (regular messages or even dicord messages). I can only recommend because I never had issues with it other than needing to buy a case online because local shops don't have any for OnePlus.
I have one plus 9r And genshin is smooth in my device too but after one hour of gameplay it heats up and yea 9r also have 870 which i heard was good processor
@@Mc_zultra The OnePlus 7 also started heating up after some time but the 11 only heats very high when you do something else in the background like a download, the internal cooler is really good
Xianyun reminds a lot from Bayonetta, the only difference being that Bayo holds 4 guns (2 in her hands and the other 2 in her feet) iirc while Cloud Retainer throws birds with her normals
it'd be interesting to see them implement different looking ultimates and/or skills when they release new outfits. Kinda how they do it with honkai impact 3rd.
I believe that is for 5 star skins (Diluc is the only one so far). Ganyu and shenhe's skins are 4 star.
100% believe that's only gonna be a thing for 5 star skins (cause they sorta did that with diluc)

When I got Xiao on his 1st banner I used him for 2 whole years + couple of months before I finally switched to different dps characters and teams. He's just so fun to play and pairing him with Zhongli really up the gameplay. So yeah you bet when I heard about Xianyun's kit I was like wooooooow. Looks like Imma use Xiao again but probably more than 2 years this time lmao
The new area looks very cool, that's what I'm the most excited for. It seems like it borders both Sumeru and Fontaine which is very cool
Just a reminder to anyone thinking about getting one of the new outfits, that you technically get them for "free" by stacking multiple Welkin moons, the 300 gems you get for each can cover the outfit and new outfits release so infrequently that the welkins actualy run out by the time the next outfit releases.

I'm most likely gonna skip Xianyun and pull for Nahida and Yae, and probably get Xianyun on her rerun. Although she does seem really cool, she would make my Xiao really good..
I can't wait for the new region.. it looks absolutely beautiful! Genshin never fails with its scenery.. the new outfits for Shenhe, Ganyu and Xinqiu look cool too..
I was hoping to see Furina and Fischl this year!
Actually from what I saw, it looks like her burst doesn't convert plunging attacks to anemo damage, but it deals anemo damage in addition to any plunge damage the on field character deals! So if you have someone like Ayaka where all of her damage is normally cryo, it won't remove the cryo damage or buffs, just add to it!

All the free primos and wishes and event that give you collect will be in the 2nd rotation so for the first rotation of banner they overload it so you “must” pull only you can save or pull with those free primos and wishes… 😂😂

Same situation here -- I don't have Nahida even at c0, and Traveler is my best Dendro unit. Speaking only from the meta perspective, Nahida is the better option in most cases. Xianyun is very niche and is a good choice if you want to play Xiao, or if you have a Jeanless Furina. Although Nahida is not replaceable by any means, Dendro traveler works just fine, and if you'd like another option you can pick Yaoyao during the lantern rite event for decent off-field application and healing.
As a Jeanless Furina haver who finds Xianyun's playstyle one of the most enjoyable in the game, I will be pulling for her despite how much I also like Nahida.

I already have a team made up for cloud retainer: Hu Tao, Furina, Cloud Reatiner, then Bennett or Kazuha
Furina's own hydro application wouldn't be enough for hu tao to constantly vape the enemies so might be better to add xingqiu or yelan instead of kazuha/bennet
use yelan or XQ for 4h slot more hydro application and better overall

Also I think we're all kind of tired of the Mario party style games get some genshin has an extremely unique combat system and you would think they'd give us more combat oriented events
The only reason why Co-op is Barely Used is because there's no real incentive to play it without events and I know a lot of players don't want raid bosses because it would become mmo esq but think about it it would actually give an incentive for players to do co-op especially if you tie Primo gem rewards and the Billet weapons

The Xianyun and Nahida banners happening at the same time is so mean 😭. I was saving for Nahida cuz she'd be my first archon on my team 😭. But I want Cloud Retainer so bad too. With my luck I'll probably get neither but the dilemma to choose between the 2 is so real. The second set of banners doesn't interest me at all so easy skip at least. Maybe I'll be able to save enough primos for whenever the run arlechino happens.

The fact they run Xianyun with Nahida says a lot. Typically, you would have to choose one, and the harder the choice, the more likely you donate.

Its not anemo infused the creator of the video is mistaken, instead you do your damage as your dps + an instance of anemo dmg by xianyun

Coordinated attack means its xianyuns anemo damage that cant be overriden coordinated with ittos geo attack

For the loadouts thing, I understand the frustration. I play HI3rd and have a LOT of different loadouts per character there, so it baffles me how they aren't doing the same thing for Genshin... But honestly speaking, I generally have one "best" artifact set per character generally, so it's not that big of a deal for me specifically. I'm constantly changing some of the same artifacts for other characters when I want to play them, since I don't have a lot of them yet, so it is certainly a good thing for sure. Would love to have the option to create at least 3 different loadouts, but oh well...
