Great review. Ive Just bought 1, cracking little bike with plenty of go for a 125cc. After having owned the previous 2 generation's of the sinnis apache this model is 1000% better in every way. Only downside is im 6'2 and struggle to get my leg over.
I got the Sinnis Terrain and love that bike, just run in so can open it up and surprised i can sit at 60mph easily, cracking little bike, Sinnis have come a long way and making decent bikes now
Oh shit, I went past you while you were recording this video I think down by the beach, I was on a blue cbr 125 with movistar branding on it, touring down south doing about 700 miles in 1 week for fun, it was the last day of my trip and I had a 6 hour ride back up north to do, so I was checking out haling island because I had just got off the isle of wight and figured why not get some relaxing in first. I thought it was you! didn't want to interrupt your recording though haha, I am surprised you're surviving in that heat with the full leather jacket.
Just watched both videos back to back. I really like both, but would be interested in the following: they are tall, but how tall?, and how much does the suspension sag when you get on? I’m only about 5’9” and short legs, in your opinion would that be an issue? And also, when those engines run in and loosen up, what will be the improvements you’d expect to see? Cheers, Spicy!!
I've got a 2004 Honda CBR125R and it will top 80 mph all i changed was the front gear to a16 tooth one was thinging of up grading to a newer bike but just might hold on to her keep up the good work
Spicy if your ever in South Wales or fancy a ride some time let me know! Will compare my standard xj6 to ur upgraded and your more than welcome to use mine!
On my Sinnis blade (the old version of this, which someone stole :() it felt a bit more pepy then the apache that I had also, and it also felt more torquey, I wonder if this one is the same and if it has more torque or just different toothing.
As a previous user of Bikesure I can not recommend them at all if you ever plan on making a claim, I got side swiped and rear ended last year and the process has been a nightmare and there is still no end in sight mehhh
@@singlecell2498 They gave me an acceptable offer for the bike as it was written off, it took about 2 months for that ,but yeah the injury and gear is dragging out, and it feels like I'm doing half the work for them with regards to getting info and making sure the right people know said info.....
The problem with the injury side is they have to wait until you are basically better before knowing the lasting damage to claim for. Sounds like how a claim I made went, not bikesure either. ruclips.net/video/WOJi3cEcLWg/видео.html

I am glad Sinnis have brought out these bikes especially this XE.

Just filmed it!

Yep euro 4 bikes had it a lot easier than these euro 5's
Only thing I’m thinking is can I swap the bigger wheel to my 2017 supermoto
They are definitely both short geared.
Going up one tooth on the front sprocket would make them cruise easier if you do dual carriage ways regular.
They are both, short at the bottom and long at the top.

When will you be off road on the lanes but still a great video and lots of good info
Mount that 360 camera sideways to reduce drag. 🙂
Haha
Drives past Lambo.
Misses great pun opportunity.
"Copper load of that!"
I'll get my coat...
You need to get a 125cc again for the fun factor.
Is this much taller than the sm-r in the seat ? The specs both say 885 mm but I reckon this would be taller because of the bigger wheels
Cheers mark
Have you watched my side by side comparison video of the two models?
@@spicy110 yes just have many thanks 👍
Literally tried ripping off the wr125🤣
I mean do you know who supplies the the engines to Sinnis ?
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
What pulls harder, this bike or 15 year old Spicy?
Honestly, I think the old ones pulled harder and were faster. Euro 5 had squeezed 125cc bikes really hard.
@@spicy110 oh I bet you did 😂
£3.5k, really? Wasn't long ago you could get a new Sinnis 125 for less than £2k was it?
It was a while ago and that was pre Euro 5, this has all the toys and tricks the competitors have on bikes they sell for 5k

Out of curiosity is it for the bike or injury to yourself and the gear that's delaying the claim?

@@AlexWalpole same issue I'm having mate
@@singlecell2498 Im at almost 10 months so far, the police were useless as well, not done anything about either accident...
