I keep a Bluetooth speaker on my nightstand and listen while I sleep ( with the longer frequency vids) When I need to tune everything out or, I'm in the office, I will use headphones. For the most part though, it's on a speaker. Use what works best for you, what resonates with you. We all march to a different drum so there's always more than one way to get there. 😊
