I was into the modern metal in the 80 and on. After being saved 2010 I took all I have and gave it away. Was to a friend I have known since 3rd grade. He took right away. After me dragging him and his wife (who I also know) they got saved. He called me up and asked if I wanted the music back. I told him no. Throw it away. Now we praise with metal worship. Now after stumbling on to this we will have more.
I’m so happy to have found a Christian rock band with solid lyrics. It is all about the gospel, the music can be good if the message is not biblical, I can’t listen. May the Lord bless you in order to plant gospel seeds.
What do you mean "biblical?" If it's just preaching then I feel like the spirit just isn't there. Jesus taught, he didn't preach. I'd rather be taught and touched. I want the words to speak directly to my spirit. I want something like personal testimony from whoever sings. I want music from the heart. And I want that from both the lyrics and the music.
