Just so many great uses! When I work in a Law office we used those clips in legal folders for documents. I dont know what they're called either, but what a great use for them.
Oh, great idea on a memory journal for my daughter! I dug out a vintage box of those clip things and they are called "PRONG PAPER FASTENERS". Mine aren't attached to folders, they're just in boxes of 50 and they also feature "the new rolled edge" and "with slide lock compressors". 😉 It was driving me nuts trying to think of their name!
@@MelanieSullivan I never would've remembered I don't think. We actually punched holes in the top of these really heavy paper dark greenish color folders & inserted the prong slides. But you could insert them in any card stock/board

Melanie, don’t ever feel that you don’t deserve beautiful things. Not too long ago I heard an incredible message in which the speaker said that although they say it is better to give than receive, it is also important to know how to receive. He was making the reference to God’s love and sacrifice and how eternal life is a gift that we need to receive. You give us so much of you when you put out your videos, why shouldn’t you also be on the receiving end? You deserve this and more. A few months ago I asked if you had a mailing address so now I ask again. It would be a great honor for me to be able to share something of mine with you.
Yes, that’s true! The giver gets a buzz out of giving... when it’s received in the same spirit it makes that buzz even better! Showing it all off on a video like this will make the givers feel really appreciated
I am so happy that you like what I sent you. My notes must have fallen because the glue book is actually the one that has rings on it and tabs at the top. I’ve made a few of this type of books and yes I use them as my glue books and they come out really pretty even though the background is busy. Use them as you wish. Want more? Let me know. Louise
Ah, okay! I couldn't tell which journal that note went with. The ring-bound journal/glue book is BEAUTIFUL. I don't know if I can cover up all your pretty collaged papers, but I have something in mind because I really want to put them to use! I LOVE them all, Louise. Melanie. I just have to say you have helped me to find my new craft love! I made and posted my first journal on my itty bitty channel! I’m trying to edit and post the second! I related so much to the JJ craft that after 2 weeks, I completed it!!! I’m so excited to hopefully get more support and subscribers because I want to enter the JJ world and share and absorb!!❤️🌸🌷🐨

So many different journal styles and creative pocket ideas. When Louise is able to make every single one of 250 paper bag journals an original, that says a lot about her creativity. I'm humbled and inspired to know that this upper limit exists!! Thank you for sharing, Melanie. You are very kind and generous and likewise attract the same from others.
