Do you know the average cost of goods % for a Jersey Mike’s vs COG % for a Subway?
Great question. I don't know top of mind. Subway is low for the industry due to their franchisee coop negotiating hard.

Excellent review of Jersey Mike's. Pretty damning to Subway however... :) Why would you not want to go Jersey Mike's vs Subway or Arby's???

Most likely franchisees can’t get 20 percent ebita in California with labor cost high and debt service
