@@LuisPerez-rm7gg Yea cuz thats how Volleyball works right? No. You could see the teams performance when the Second line setter (far more experienced player btw) started matches or was subbed in. The teams performance dropped significantly. The match vs Korea showed this this most. Whereas, Momii's diverse, accurate and fast pace setting really impowers team Japan's playstyle. She has great connection with her middles, commands her team well and most importantly she has great floor defense, which ties into her ability to set even very poor passes.
The first time I saw her play was at this years VNL and I knew she was gonna be a great setter, and I was vindicated when she got best setter of VNL 2021. Also considering how young she is with only 2-3 years of experience in the setter role, she's just gonna get even better.
