My precious niece unexpectedly passed away in Dec. She loved Frozen. 🥺 When I went to her memorial I decided I wanted to wear a fragrance to always have to remember her and think of the happy times. To always celebrate her little life. I wore Mon Guerlain. It’s so girly and sweet and comforting. So now when I miss her or want to think of her I wear it. It’s always going to be my favorite even more than it has been. I have loved it for years though. 🥹
That is such a sweet and thoughtful way to remember your niece. I love that fragrance is so tied to memory. Sorry for your loss.

The first time I've ever tried Eau Duelle EDT 3-4 months ago, I didn't know how to feel about it. I kept smelling it throughout the day too since it lasted awhile on me. It smelled like a sweetened version of Lalique Le Parfum, which I already have. I didn't hate it but I didn't find it as something I'd want around. I smelled it again today, and wow, you are spot-on with the enchanted forest description for Eau Duelle. It smells fairy-like, very enchanting and bouncy and aromatic sparkly. My thoughts on this perfume definitely did a complete 180.

When I first purchased Mon Guerlain I was a bit concerned that it would smell “like a perfume”, but there’s that something in it that elevates and brings it to unique status. So happy to have in my collection. Now I am so intrigued by your description of Celine, must try asap. 💗 thank you Anne!

I tried melliora but it never felt me. It was pretty but just never settled i guess. For me Delina La rosée felt more comforting/pretty and meliora is maybe like you said “girl hanging out in the forest with flowers” hehe. I love how fragrance evokes a mood..it’s really an art ❤
Chloe Nomade Absolu does this for me! The original was a bit too sharp, but the absolu is more rounded, warm, and feminine. Planted firmly in my garden nymph era when I wear her

I was a teen in the late 90s/early 00s and I'll never forget reading in a magazine that if you wanted to smell like an Elven princess (I remember they showed a pic of Liv Tyler from LOTR) to get Ralph Lauren Blue. It's one of my all time favorites and I always think of that when I wear it lol.

I love Eau Duelle ❤❤❤It’s my nature essence side in a bottle 👍🏻 I love gourmands but this is honestly more my essence when I’m in balance. So thankful I finally sprayed it on my skin after hearing you talk about it. Went back and got full bottle and happy I did!

Greenwich Village is the only one so far where "Barbie" has naturally come to me, but that's a fun idea!

I love the dry down of Tocca Colette, but just hate the very sharp opening. Because of that I don’t reach for it as often. But that dry down is sublime- cottagevibe - forest fairy fantasy.
Oh luckily I don't experience that with the opening! But I'm the same way, I like to reach for scents that I love from start to finish 😊

I wore no 5 yesterday to work and literally every time I wear this I get amazing compliments it is definitely my most complimented and it’s my newest grab… this lady said I smelled soooo amazing and she repeated it many times… she said she could smell me from a far.. she asked me what I was wearing soo she could get it for her man. She also told me it reminded her of Bakarat her son had… she was stunned. I get that every time I wear it. I classify no 5 as a sheer scent… it’s strong but not overbearing. An amazing projection and silage… translucent is the perfect word but it’s strong, I love the wearing experience of it as well like I catch my own scent in the air and melt. Loooove it.

Absolutely my vibe, and I adore and wear Colette, Mon Guerlain, and testing and loving the Diptyque . How long does Eau Duelle last on you? It’s pretty fleeting on me, at least the edt sample I’m trying.
It doesn’t last the longest on me either :( I get about 4 hours from it. If you want something longer lasting I’d go for Arquiste Architect’s Club! ❤

Moro di Venezia has been my jam lately and I could totally see it for a woodland fairy. The only Tiziana Terenzi fragrance I’ve found enjoyable and so underrated! Can’t believe nobody talks about this.
Guerlain Oud Nude gives me princess vibes. It just feels boujie with the Oud and powdery vibe. Very pretty and regal.
