Those stainless steel nunchaku had a lot of dents in them. Star Fire 180 gram I would say. I have the 350 gram and I have a few small dents in them, mainly from dropping them on concrete in my case.
很羡慕能受到指導雙節棍的孩子。
當年喜歡雙節棍是看到李小龍的海報和電影，那時還是國小(約四十年前)，後來在國中存了點錢買支雙節棍，但買了卻不知怎麼用，放著吃一年多灰塵@@~
(當年不現在有電腦、手機網路這麼普遍，想學上網查一下就有教學影片。)

應該試著帶入多一點防身技巧，現今雙截棍都是舞花居多，個人感覺有些可惜
熟練動作就是防身意識，訓練跑步不會忘記了如何走路。若是基礎也無法達到熟練程度，說攻防意識也太早，多交流
我明白你的意思，但個人不認為防身層面的應用需要達到熟練的階段，而是從基礎就能開始教導這些觀念。
雖然我雙截棍跟你比較還太菜，可是也練別的好久了，一點不同看法而已啦，祝你的推廣之路更加順利！
