Right-am not sure what the point of this is except re-hashing. What do I think of the plot of Silver Chair? One of the most stunningly well written tales of the Narnia series. No news here, however about if an actual film production of this title is a go…
I would like that to happen. And, as you said, it's been talked about for four years. It should happen. If they're gonna talk about doing it, the least they can do is actually make the movies. I've been waiting for this for years. And they still haven't made them? They need to get out of the boardroom and actually make the movies.
@@sideshow_celia Well I mean, Netflix bought the rights to all the books. I am pretty sure they are rebooting the entire series on their platform, probably starting with the first book and ending with the last. filming starts this year, if I remember correctly.
Not only should Silver Chair become a movie, but so should the other three. In addition to "The Magician's Nephew" (already mentioned in this video), I would also like to see "The Horse and His Boy" and "The Last Battle" made into movies.
Cap, they’re not doing this, they are doing the Narnia movies in Netflix with Greta Gerwig though. It’s three films we just don’t know when it comes out yet.
I read the Narnia books as a child in the 1980's. When the movies came out, I was looking forward to "The Silver Chair" because that was the one I remembered the most from.
With how movies have been doing now may not be the best time to release it. On the other hand now it would probable not have any competition at the box office.
Are ppl actually buying this Ik-it’s a very good trailer I’ll give you that - but you just say it’s a fan made trailer maybe some Hollywood producers will see this and have a idea- for it
And the two older kids if you saw the last two say they were to old to come back or something lke that I forgot been a long time or two old or didn’t wanted do anymore movies the actors I mean
They never do magicians' Nephew horse and his boy or last battle. I know the last battle and HOrse and his boy would not fly in today's political climate. But Even back in the day ...
The Chronicles of Narnia the Silver Chair My cast Will Poulter as Eustace Scrubb Elle Fanning as Jill Pole Eva Green as Lady of the Green Kirtle Stephen Merchant as Puddleglum Richard Madden as Prince Rillian Billy Boyd as Glimfeather Patrick Stewart as King Caspian [elderly] Ben Barnes as Caspian X Laura Brent as Liliandil Ramandu's daughter Liam Neeson as Aslan Peter Dinklage as Trumpkin
There's a very older version of Sliver Chair - just have to look for it. Would be nice if they made a new one but has not happened yet. I heard Netflix got some rights to Narnia and I don't watch Netflix.
Bring it on. I saw Dawn Treader in the theater, wow in 2009? The Silver Chair is my favorite thanks to Puddleglum, "suppose we have only dreamed or made up all those things... the made up things seem a good deal more important than the real ones... I'm on Aslan's side even if there is no Aslan to lead it." Page 159 of my 1970 paperback edition.
They were told (in the books and previous movies) that they have learned what they needed in Narnia and must learn to know Aslan as he is in our world.
If it ever gets made in my lifetime. The one thing I do know. Whoever plays Puddleglum will never play it as good as Tom Baker did. For me anyway. Opinions vary-Dalton
I know they’re doing a reboot of Narnia but I wonder how true to the original books it’s going to be because the Last Battle honestly has some certain “not so PC” elements about it and I honestly in todays society don’t see them incorporating said elements lol
yeah right they been talking about this movie for 4 years I'll believe it when I see it

Same

Yes, the whole series will make it all complete. Lewis is truly a treasure.

He certainly is. I absolutely love the Narnia books and another one of his books, The Great Divorce.
@@sideshow_celia One of my favorites "That Hideous Strength" which is the 3rd of his science fiction trilogy.
amazing ! I've been waiting for this movie for years
Unsure of what to expect. I’ll believe it when I see it .
Cap, they’re not doing this, they are doing the Narnia movies in Netflix with Greta Gerwig though. It’s three films we just don’t know when it comes out yet.
the clip of (supposedly) Eustace undergoing his change of character is actually Edmund in ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe).
This has been a long wait.
You do realize that the "X" in King Caspian X, is not an X but the Number "10" in Roman numerals
If any when it comes out. I'll give it a watch. Despite what others might thing of it.

I really want to see this movie it looks so interesting 🤨
I love NARNIA
I can't wait to see the Silver Chair as a movie.
So I want to see narnia 4
Me too, and it's going to be made by columbia pictures, and walden media.
I dont think this is happening, Netflix has the rights for chronicles now. Besides Will Poulter is too old now
They been saying this for years. Wont believe it till it happens
With how movies have been doing now may not be the best time to release it. On the other hand now it would probable not have any competition at the box office.
These scenes are all from the other movies
If they made number 4 that will be good i can't wait for it
Can’t wait it will be good 🎉
When is it coming out
Will Poulter played Eustace ( who’s in it) but Georgie Henley (Lucy)? Who wasn’t in it? Need someone else as Jill.
It's been quite a few years since the other movies. Isn't Will Poulter a bit old to be playing a kid by now?
I can't wait!
I hope they stick closely to the book. Voyage of the Dawn Treader got lost in a green fog that wasn't in the book.
Are ppl actually buying this Ik-it’s a very good trailer I’ll give you that - but you just say it’s a fan made trailer maybe some Hollywood producers will see this and have a idea- for it

Will Poulter is too old at this point.

Wow! Can't wait to see this.❤❤❤
I like the story of the Silver Chair. But I'm afraid it's a bit late bringing it when I'm no longer expecting it to come.
As crônicas de narnia Netflix 2025-26 joe locke and emma myers Edmundo e Suzana 😮😮
Tell my YOUNG QUEEN,am expecting her.

What I dont get is where are Lucy,Edmond,Susan&Peter in all of this?
They were told (in the books and previous movies) that they have learned what they needed in Narnia and must learn to know Aslan as he is in our world.
Too old, only underage preteens are welcome in narnia...
They never made this one in the reboot. Only through Wonderworks and PBS. We’ll never see it, sadly.
My favorite 🥺❤
I hope they make a 4th Narnia movie
If it ever gets made in my lifetime. The one thing I do know. Whoever plays Puddleglum will never play it as good as Tom Baker did. For me anyway.
Opinions vary-Dalton
I canwait to see it too
Would’ve happened by now if it was going to
IF is true I will enjoy it but I don't no because there is something going on with Netflix
Who is making the films now because disney won’t do it
Netflix
❤❤
This is not a trailer. Just someone telling what the story is about with clips from the first movie.
I know they’re doing a reboot of Narnia but I wonder how true to the original books it’s going to be because the Last Battle honestly has some certain “not so PC” elements about it and I honestly in todays society don’t see them incorporating said elements lol
It looks like they are no longer with Disney so that is good news. Everything Disney touches nowadays turns to woke.
Don't spoil it gentle lady
Cool
Let’s hope
Juicy Juicy, please bring me a better pic of my 1st LIDL Young Queen

You have a future on making real trailer
Will this ever be a film this is a joke otherwise
Yr illustrations for this short discussion seem to be a mish mash for different Narnia books.

Narnia asli dari Indonesia
What an annoying video! I think we needed more obnoxious diagonal screen breaks....
So excited
