    Why are the NHTSA SFST's not mentioned in Virginia Code? Why should anyone submit to a NHTSA dexterity field sobriety test when it's not even mentioned explicitly in Virginia Code Section 18.2?

      That is a question for our elected official, but the pre-arrest field tests are voluntary in Va.
