Unless we criticize or judge ourselves we cannot improvise ourselves. If there's no improvisation how can we lead ourselves to the path of spiritual peaks....this is my doubt

Dear @Jeevan,
Thank you for your question. There is a difference here.
When we introspect and have dislikes about ourselves, judge them and criticise them, it is harmful and pulls us down. It prevents elevation.
However, when we introspect and see where we can improve, accept our mistakes and change behavour so that they don't happen again, this is self-improvement. We operate from acceptance of everything in us, whether good, bad or ugly. Also, some things in us cannot be changed, but we accept them, we come to terms with them. This helps elevation.
