Go to their Website read and study if it is for you. Whatever your income, you will be eligible. But. Every year, they will verify your income💰💰

Unless, sabi ko nga naka Medi/Medi ( Medicare Medical ) ka. Pero kung duon ka sa Pinas na emergency, ikaw muna ang mag babayad. At i-reimburse mo na lang sa insurance mo. But in order for you to be qualified for Medi/Medi you must be earning within the Poverty level Depending on family size, its called FPL💰💰Federal Poverty Level.

Depende sa age mo, tapos depends kung may pre existing illness and age is over 60 and above. Better to apply while you are young, even you are in U.S. start applying for health Insurance in the Philippines, shop around, or just get travel insurance if you are staying 3 mos in Philippines.

Akala ko po mandatory ang medicare once you turned 65 for each ss recipient po, healthy or not, you have to pay part B. If you dont enroll, you'll get penalized for each year na hindi kayo nagbabayad.

Medicare was never been mandatory even if you turn 65 years old. But it is encourage, there is a penalty of 2% for every year that you are not enroll if you decide to enroll or decided again to enroll.
Even SSS contribution makukuha mo ng lumpsum if you do not meet the basic requirement upon retirement. Like, having contributed for less than 40 quarters or ten years. As for taxation…….consult a tax professional.
