I added some salsa because I also had no tomatoes here. The recipe I have is called Santa Fe Salad. But basically the same dressing you have but then a bit of light hidden valley ranch dressing. I suppose you could also do Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning. Anyways, that puts it over the top!!
